The album was given a six out of ten rating by PopMatters, with reviewer John Bergstrom, calling "Online Pharmacy" a "Hendrix redux", and stating that Hingley sounds "like the bastard child of Paul Weller and Roger Daltrey". [1]

Brown was initially replaced by Rahman Baloch and Andrew Tarling joined on guitar in 2012 for their final dates.

Steve Hanley (musician)

Stephen Hanley is an Irish-born English musician who grew up in and lives in Manchester, He is best known as the bass guitarist in the Fall from 1979 to 1998. His distinctive and muscular basslines were a signature part of their sound, often carrying the songs' instrumental melodies. He is currently a member of Brix & the Extricated with guitarist and vocalist Brix Smith Start.

Paul Hanley (musician)

Paul Hanley is an English writer and drummer. He was previously the drummer for the Fall (1980–1985) and Tom Hingley and the Lovers. He currently plays with Brix & the Extricated.

Too Much Texas were an English indie rock band, formed in 1984 in Manchester, best known as the band that Tom Hingley was in before joining Inspiral Carpets.

"Hey! Luciani" is a song by British post-punk band the Fall, written by Mark E. Smith with his then-wife Brix Smith and longstanding band member Steve Hanley. Released in December 1986, the record reached number 59 on the UK singles chart, the band's first original song to make the top 75 of the chart. The song was written as part of Smith's play, Hey! Luciani: The Life and Codex of John Paul I, concerning conspiracy theories about the 1978 death of the Pope, which was performed for two weeks in London and starred Leigh Bowery.
