Abdul Hamid (born 7 July 1942) is a Pakistani field hockey player who won the silver medal in 1964 Summer Olympics. [1] He won the silver medal again at the 1966 Asian Games.

He was part of the gold, silver and bronze winning teams at those Olympics respectively. On 4 November 2020, it was announced that Abdul Rashid had died.
