Abdul Khaliq Khan Achakzai is a Pakistani politician from Chaman District who has been a member of the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan since February 2024.
He contested the 2024 general elections as an Independent candidate from PB-51 Chaman. The runner-up was Asghar Khan Achakzai of Awami National Party who secured 19,623 votes. [1] [2]
The National Awami Party (NAP),translated from Urdu to English as National People's Party,was the major left-wing political party in East and West Pakistan. It was founded in 1957 in Dhaka,erstwhile East Pakistan,by Abdul Hamid Khan Bhashani and Yar Mohammad Khan,through the merger of various leftist and progressive political groups in Pakistan.
