Abraham Cabrera Scapin (born 20 February 1991) is a Bolivian footballer who plays as a left back for Nacional Potosí.[ citation needed ]
Cabrera made his debut for Bolivia in an August 2013 friendly match against Venezuela and has, as of 1 June 2016, earned 3 caps, scoring no goals. He represented his country in 2 FIFA World Cup qualification matches. [1]

It is named after Hernando Siles Reyes, the 31st President of Bolivia (1926–1930). Its biggest attendance was in 1989 during the match between The Strongest and Destroyers, with 52494 fans in attendance.

It is named after Bolivian aviator Jorge Wilstermann. Wilstermann is one of the three most frequent winners of the Primera Division de Bolivia and the first Bolivian team to qualify to the Copa Libertadores semi-finals.
