Absence of War Does Not Mean Peace is the seventh full-length release by Finnish black metal band Impaled Nazarene. [1] The release was recorded at Anssi Kippo's Astia Studio from July to August 2001.
A music video was made for "Hardboiled and Still Hellbound", featuring former Finnish porn star Rakel Liekki.
Something Wild is the debut studio album by Finnish melodic death metal band Children of Bodom, released in 1997 in Finland, and in 1998 worldwide. Upon release, the album was met with universal acclaim. In 2020, it was named one of the 20 best metal albums of 1997 by Metal Hammer magazine.

Death Unlimited is the third full-length studio album by the Finnish melodic death metal band Norther. It was released on 3 March 2004 through Spinefarm Records. The Japanese release of Death Unlimited and the Spreading Death CD single features a cover song, "Tornado of Souls" by Megadeth. The song; "Death Unlimited" is featured on the Spreading Death CD single and its video on the DVD single.
Mika Kristian Luttinen is a Finnish vocalist who formed the black metal band Impaled Nazarene in 1990. After numerous line-up changes, he remains the only original member. Besides his main project, Mika has been involved in various other bands around the globe, such as the Canadian metal band Obscene Eulogy and the French black punk band, The Rocking Dildos which was formed by owner of the French label Osmose Productions, Hervé and himself. While in Impaled Nazarene, he was also involved with the band, Diabolos Rising, together with then Rotting Christ keyboard player, Magus Wampyr Daoloth. Luttinen has made notable guest appearances in many bands, such as The Crown, Hypnos, Ancient Rites (Ancient Rites singer Gunther Theys was also Mika's best man at the latter's wedding. Mika has stated that his songwriting is influenced by many early thrash metal bands, such as Sodom and Kreator. Elements of Motörhead's music are also incorporated into his work, such that an Impaled Nazarene single was named Motörpenis.
Trashed, Lost & Strungout is a single and an EP released by the Finnish melodic death metal band Children of Bodom on Spinefarm Records. It was released on 25 October 2004. Unlike most EPs, it was released on CD and DVD. The CD includes 3 other songs and the DVD includes the single and 9 other songs. This track has also appeared in Children of Bodom's album Are You Dead Yet?.
Anssi Kippo is a Finnish record producer and sound engineer, known for his work in the Finnish Heavy metal music scene. Kippo founded Astia Studios in 1994 and has produced and engineered many musical acts over the years. Kippo continues to manage both Astia A and B studios.
Ugra-Karma is the second studio album by Finnish black metal band Impaled Nazarene. It was originally released on 1 December 1993 via Osmose Productions, and re-released in 1998 with two bonus tracks and a different cover art, because the original one was taken without permission from a work by Madame Koslovsky; Osmose was sued because of that.
Nihil is the sixth full-length release by Impaled Nazarene. It was released on 16 June 2000 through Osmose Productions. Alexi Laiho of Children of Bodom plays guitar on the album. Laiho has also composed songs "Cogito Ergo Sum" and "Zero Tolerance". The album recently entered Germany's Index List which means the album may not be advertised in public or sold to minors. The song "Zero Tolerance" is infamous due to its homophobic lyrics.
Suomi Finland Perkele is the third full-length album by Impaled Nazarene, the last to feature both Luttinen brothers. It is infamous due to its nationalistic themes; for example, in the lyrics to "Total War - Winter War". "Suomi" is the Finnish word for Finland and "perkele" ("devil") is a common Finnish swear word.
Latex Cult is the fourth full-length album by Finnish black metal band Impaled Nazarene. A music video was made for "1999: Karmakeddon Warriors".
Pro Patria Finlandia is Impaled Nazarene's ninth full-length studio album. It was released on Osmose Productions in 2006.
All That You Fear is the eighth full-length release by Finnish black metal band Impaled Nazarene. The release was recorded at Anssi Kippo’s Astia Studios in July 2003. The sixth song of the album, “Suffer In Silence”, is dedicated to the band’s late guitarist, Teemu “Somnium” Raimoranta who died from falling from a railroad bridge a year prior to the album’s release. A music video was created for “Armageddon Death Squad.”

N is the fifth full-length studio album by Finnish melodic death metal band Norther. The album was released through Century Media Records on 13 February 2008 in Finland, and other dates in February for other parts of Europe. The track "Frozen Angel" from their previous EP, No Way Back, was re-recorded for the album. "We Rock" and "Frozen Angel" have been made into music videos. This is also the last Norther album to have founding member Petri Lindroos on vocal and guitar duties.

Children of Bodom was a Finnish melodic death metal band from Espoo. Formed in 1993 as Inearthed, the final line-up of the group upon their split in 2019 consisted of frontman Alexi Laiho, drummer Jaska Raatikainen, bassist Henkka Seppälä, keyboardist Janne Wirman and rhythm guitarist Daniel Freyberg.
