Scopus is Elsevier's abstract and citation database launched in 2004. Scopus covers nearly 36,377 titles from approximately 11,678 publishers, of which 34,346 are peer-reviewed journals in top-level subject fields: life sciences, social sciences, physical sciences and health sciences. It covers three types of sources: book series, journals, and trade journals. All journals covered in the Scopus database are reviewed for sufficiently high quality each year according to four types of numerical quality measure for each title; those are h-Index, CiteScore, SJR and SNIP. Searches in Scopus also incorporate searches of patent database Lexis-Nexis, albeit with a limited functionality.

Per Davidsson is an entrepreneurship professor that holds Swedish and Australian citizenship. He is currently a professor of entrepreneurship at Jönköping International Business School and Queensland University of Technology Business School where he served as the Talbot Family Foundation Chair in Entrepreneurship and Founding Director of the Australian Centre for Entrepreneurship Research (ACE) during 2010–2018. The Flexible Services and Manufacturing Journal is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by Springer Science+Business Media. The journal was originally published under the title "International Journal of Flexible Manufacturing Systems" and Kathryn Stecke was the founding Editor-in-Chief. The journal publishes research in the field of services and manufacturing management. All aspects in this field including the interface between engineering and management, the design and analysis of service and manufacturing systems as well as operational planning and decision support systems are covered.

Probability and Mathematical Statistics is a peer-reviewed scientific journal covering mathematical aspects of the probability theory. It was founded in 1980 as the initiative of the Wrocław probability community led by Kazimierz Urbanik and Czesław Ryll-Nardzewski, and statistics community represented by Witold Klonecki. Saras D. Sarasvathy is an American entrepreneurship professor and recipient of the 2022 Global Award for Entrepreneurship Research. She is currently the Paul M. Hammaker Professor in Business Administration at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and the Jamuna Raghavan Chair Professor in Entrepreneurship, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She serves on the editorial boards or as associate editor of several academic journals as well as serving as an outside director to the public company Lending Tree. She is most well known for her conception of Effectuation, a theory of Entrepreneurial action based on the study of Expert Entrepreneurs. Her award-winning journal article - "Causation and Effectuation: Toward a Theoretical Shift from Economic Inevitability to Entrepreneurial Contingency" is one of the most highly cited academic articles about entrepreneurship of all time.
