The Ahmedabad International Film Festival is an annual film festival currently held in Ahmedabad India. The festival serves as a platform for emerging and established filmmakers to showcase their talent, fostering a global exchange of ideas and stories. More than 100 films were screened during festival.
2024, the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at the Ahmedabad International Film Festival was conferred upon Madhav Ramanuj, an eminent author and poet, known for his profound contributions to Gujarati literature. Kanubhai Hasmukhbhai Tailor received the Lifetime Achievement Award for his social and disability welfare contributions. Actress Aayushi Dholakia won the Best Supporting Actress Award at the Ahmedabad International Film Festival for her role in the film "Kanubhai The Great." [2]
