Aida Steshenko (born August 11, 1968) is a table tennis player from Turkmenistan who participated in the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics and five World Table Tennis Championships.
Steshenko was born on 11 August 1968 and received her degree from an Armenian university. [1] [2]
Steshenko competed in both the women's singles and doubles events during the 1993, 1995 and 1997 World Table Tennis Championships. [3] She represented Turkmenistan at the 1996 Summer Olympics in table tennis women's singles category. However, she lost all three of her matches and could not advance beyond the group stage. At the next Olympics too she lost all of her matches and was eliminated in the groups. [1] She also participated in the World Championships held in 1999 (individual) and 2000 (team). [3]
In 2001, she moved to Italy and became a coach for the Tennistavolo Feminese Riposto Association and joined the ASD ANSPI Tennistavolo Cortemaggiore for two seasons during 2011–13. [4] Steshenko succeeded Romano Rodella to become the president of ASD Tennistavolo Battini Agri Asola in 2014. [5] [6]
Jing Junhong, also stylized as Jing Jun Hong, is a Chinese-born Singaporean former professional table tennis player. Born in Shanghai, she was a highly ranked player in China before she moved to Singapore with her husband, Singaporean table tennis player Loy Soo Han, whom she married in 1992. She represented Singapore in sporting events starting in the 1990s, and was naturalized as a Singaporean citizen in 1994. After retiring as a player, she served as deputy head coach, then as head coach, of the women's national table tennis team, before being reassigned to leading the country's table tennis youth development program in late 2015.
Kelly Sibley is a former professional table tennis player and current coach from England. Sibley won the singles, girls doubles and mixed doubles at the UK Junior Championships and has represented England at senior level at the Commonwealth Games, European Championships and World Championships.

Monica Puig Marchán is a Puerto Rican former professional tennis player. She is the first Puerto Rican in history to win a gold medal at the Olympics while representing Puerto Rico, having done so in 2016 at the women's singles event. She is also a Central American and Caribbean champion and Pan American silver medalist. Having turned professional in 2010, Puig won two WTA Tour singles titles and six ITF singles titles. On 26 September 2016, she reached her career-high singles ranking of world No. 27. On 25 May 2015, she peaked at No. 210 in the doubles rankings. She retired from professional tour on 13 June 2022. At the 2016 Rio Olympics, Puig won the gold medal, the ninth overall medal at the Games for Puerto Rico. With the feat, she also became the first Latin American champion in the women's singles discipline and is the only unseeded female player to win the gold medal since the reintroduction of tennis in 1988. In 2011, she was a bronze medalist in women's singles and women's team at the Pan American Games and won the women's doubles title at the Qatar Peace and Sport Cup. She is currently a member of the United States National Women's team. She has been ranked as high as #2 in the cadet (U-15) world ranking and #5 in the junior (U-18) world ranking.

Monday Merotohun is a Nigerian table tennis player. Playing with his partner Segun Toriola, Merotohun defeated Egypt's El-sayed Lashin and Ahmed Saleh for the gold medal in the men's doubles at the 2007 All-Africa Games in Algiers, Algeria. As of September 2012, Merotohun is ranked no. 184 in the world by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF). He is a member of AS TT Sport Club Etna Riposto in Catania, Sicily, Italy, and is coached and trained by Obisanya Babatunde. Merotohun is also right-handed, and uses the shakehand grip.
