Aidan Warner is an American football quarterback for the Florida Gators. He previously played for the Yale Bulldogs.

Early life and high school

Warner attended Winter Park High School in Winter Park, Florida. Coming out of high school, he was rated as a three-star recruit and committed to play college football for the Yale Bulldogs. [1] [2]

College career

Yale

Warner was redshirted in his lone season with the Bulldogs in 2023. [3] After the conclusion of the season, he entered his name into the NCAA transfer portal. [4] [5]

Florida

Warner decided to transfer to play for the Florida Gators as a walk-on. [6] [7] After starting quarterback DJ Lagway went down with an injury, Warner entered the game where he completed seven of his 22 pass attempts for 66 yards and an interception. [8] After the Georgia game, Warner became the Gators starting quarterback, after starter DJ Lagway was ruled out. [9]
