Models

Mega e-City

Developed in collaboration with NICE, [9] the electric Mega e-City was first shown at the 2006 British International Motor Show, [10] and has been produced by Aixam since March 2007. Until the end of 2008, it was built exclusively for the London market as a right-hand drive vehicle. The maximum speed is 64 km/h (40 mph), with a range of 60–80 km (37–50 mi).

Since the end of 2010, the Mega e-City has also been available with a lithium-ion battery. Having the same top speed, the range was increased to 100 km (62 mi). [11] [12] The price of the model in Germany fell from €16,000 gross to less than €15,000 between 2010 and 2020. [13]

Electric variants of the Aixam Pro commercial vehicle range are also available. [14]

City GTO

A sportier-looking version, the Aixam City GTO, has been added to the range. [15]

e-Coupé

The e-Coupé is the electric version of the Coupé, with a claimed range of 75 km (47 mi). [1]

Crossline / Crossover

The Crossline and Crossover are crossover-inspired versions of the City. [16]

Safety

The Aixam Crossover GTR was tested in 2016 by Euro NCAP and received a rating of 1 out of 5 stars. [17]

Mega e-Scouty

The Mega e-Scouty is an electric quadricycle that will be launched in early 2023. Technically it is very similar to the Aixam e-City, having the same 6 kW (8 hp) motor in the front and a range of about 75 km (47 mi). [18]

The Cupra Formentor is a compact crossover SUV (C-segment) manufactured by the Spanish car manufacturer SEAT under their Cupra performance-oriented sub-brand. Marketed as a coupé SUV, it is the first car designed specifically for the sub-brand. The production version was revealed in March 2020, after its unveiling was postponed when the COVID-19 pandemic led to the cancellation of the 2020 Geneva Motor Show. It was previewed as a near-production concept vehicle at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show. It is named after the Formentor peninsula on the Spanish island of Mallorca. Production of the Formentor started in late September 2020.

The Volkswagen ID.4 and Volkswagen ID.5 are battery electric compact crossover SUVs produced by Volkswagen. Based on the MEB platform, the ID.4 is the second model of the Volkswagen ID. series. Zhejiang Leapmotor Technology Co., Ltd., trading as Leapmotor, is a Chinese startup automobile manufacturer headquartered in Hangzhou, China, specializing in developing electric vehicles. The company was founded in 2015, and sold its first vehicles in 2019. In 2023, Stellantis acquired 20 percent stake of Leapmotor, and plans to sell Leapmotor vehicles in Europe.

The Renault 5 E-Tech is a B-segment battery electric car by French manufacturer Renault that will begin production in 2024. Inspired by the original Renault 5 in styling, the 5 E-Tech was previewed by a concept car shown in January 2021, with the production model being officially unveiled at the Geneva International Motor Show in February 2024.

The Peugeot 408 is a crossover SUV produced by French automaker Peugeot. It was unveiled in June 2022 as a C-segment vehicle slotting between the 308 and 3008 or 508. It was publicly exhibited for the first time at the 2022 Paris Motor Show. It is based on the EMP2 platform closely shared with the third-generation 308, and despite sharing the saloon silhouettes, mechanically unrelated to the Chinese market 408 saloon. According to Peugeot, the 408 is a blend between SUVs, hatchbacks and saloons, and has been described as a coupe crossover.

The Mobilize Duo is a two-seater electric quadricycle set to replace the Renault Twizy in 2023, which was unveiled at the 2022 Paris Motor Show. First previewed by the Mobilize EZ-1 concept in 2021, it was eventually renamed to its current name and shown at the 2021 Viva Tech event.
