Gella Vandecaveye is a judoka from Belgium who competed at four Olympic Games.
Robert Van de Walle is a retired Belgian judoka. He was the first judoka to ever compete at five Olympics, from 1976 to 1992. Competing in the half-heavyweight category he won the gold medal in 1980 and a bronze in 1988 at the age of 34. Van de Walle won European titles in 1980, 1985 and 1986. Together with Ingrid Berghmans he was the face of Belgian judo in the late 1970s and 1980s. After retiring from competitions he ran a coaching company together with his wife. He was the head of the Belgian delegation at the 2004 Summer Olympics. In summer 2021, 14 years after obtaining the rank of black belt 8th dan; Van De Walle, currently a member of Judo Club Crossing Schaerbeek, accepted his promotion to 9th dan from the International Judo Federation.
Shay-Oren Smadja is a former Israeli judoka and a judo coach. Smadja won the Olympic bronze medal in judo at the 1992 Summer Olympics, making him the first Israeli man to win an Olympic medal, and the second Israeli overall after Yael Arad won silver in judo the day before.
Waldemar Legień is a retired Polish judoka. He won two Olympic gold medals in different weight classes, in 1988 and 1992. He is also the first person to win back-to-back two Olympic gold medals in Judo.

Only one Djiboutian athlete has ever won a medal at the Olympics, marathon runner Hussein Ahmed Salah, who won a bronze medal in the 1988 marathon.
Ernest Barberolle was a French coxswain who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics. He won a silver medal, along with Gabriel Poix and Maurice Monney-Bouton in the coxed pair in Antwerp. Monney-Bouton was his son-in-law.
Paula Belén Pareto is an Argentine retired judoka and physician. She was the flag bearer for her country at the closing ceremony of the 2016 Summer Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
Sarah Gabrielle Cabral de Menezes is a judoka from Brazil. In 2012, she became the first Brazilian woman to win an Olympic gold medal in judo, after defeating the reigning Olympic champion Alina Dumitru. She also competed at the 2008 and 2016 Summer Olympics.

Krisztián Tóth is a Hungarian judoka. He won one of the bronze medals in the men's 90 kg event at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
Akissi Kpidi is an Ivorian sprinter. He competed in the men's 4 × 400 metres relay at the 1988 Summer Olympics.
The 1920 European Rowing Championships were rowing championships held on 15 August on the Saône in the French city Mâcon. The competition was for men only and they competed in five boat classes, the same ones as used at the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp later in the same month. These were the first European Rowing Championships held after WWI; the previous championships had been held in 1913 in Ghent.
