The Al-Zein / El-Zein clan (also known as the Al-Zein / El-Zein family) is a family-clan of Kurdish-Lebanese descent based in Europe.

Members of the family in Germany and Sweden are known for their involvement in criminal activities. [1] While most of the family are based in Germany they have members from Europe to the Middle East, for example in Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey. He is believed to be among an estimated 3,000 detainees whom the CIA abducted from 2001–2005.
