It was known unofficially as ECW Arena when it was home to Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) from 1993 to 2001.
The Pete Maravich Assembly Center is a 13,215-seat multi-purpose arena in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The arena opened in 1972. It was originally known as the LSU Assembly Center, but was renamed in honor of Pete Maravich, a Tiger basketball legend, shortly after his death in 1988. Louisiana governor Buddy Roemer signed an act to rename the building in Maravich's honor. Maravich never played in the arena as a collegian but played in it as a member of the Atlanta Hawks in a preseason game. But his exploits while at LSU led the university to build a larger home for the basketball team, which languished for decades in the shadow of the school's football program. The Maravich Center is known to locals as "The PMAC" or "Pete's Palace", or by its more nationally known nickname, "The Deaf Dome", coined by Dale Brown. The Maravich Center's neighbor, Tiger Stadium is known as "Death Valley".
The Hammerstein Ballroom is a 12,000-square-foot (1,100 m2) ballroom located within the Manhattan Center at 311 West 34th Street in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The capacity of the ballroom is dependent on the configuration of the room; it seats 2,500 people for theatrical productions and musical performances, and several thousand for events held within a central ring. The floor of the ballroom is flat. The two main balconies – which are unusually close to the ground and gently sloped – seat a total of 1,200. The third balcony has been stripped of seats and is not used.

The Rapides Parish Coliseum is a multi-purpose arena located on Louisiana Highway 28 West in Alexandria, Louisiana. Built in 1965 by Buddy Tudor's family-owned construction company in Pineville with foreman Pete Honeycutt along with the senior Tudor directing the construction. Supercard of Honor XII was a professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by American promotion Ring of Honor (ROH), which took place Saturday, April 7, 2018, at the UNO Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana. Wrestlers from New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) – with whom ROH has a partnership – also appeared at the event. Also, wrestlers from the Japan based women's promotion World Wonder Ring Stardom appeared on the show as part of the tournament to crown the inaugural Women of Honor Champion – ROH's first women's championship.

It was the fourteenth event in the Supercard of Honor chronology, and the first edition since the G1 Supercard in 2019; 2020's planned Supercard of Honor XIV was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was also ROH's first live event after a three month hiatus following Final Battle in December 2021, as well as the final event under Sinclair Broadcasting Group ownership.

It is scheduled to be held on February 23, 2024 at the Alario Center in Westwego, Louisiana. It will air exclusively on TNA+. It will be the 16th event under the No Surrender chronology.
