Klubi i Futbollit Tirana is an Albanian professional football club based in the country's capital city, Tirana. The men's football club is part of the multi-disciplinary sports club SK Tirana, and is the most successful in Albania, having won 54 recognized major domestic trophies. They are the only football club in Albania with two stars in their crest after winning the 20th championship in 2003, each star corresponds to ten championships. Making them the first and only Albanian club to have achieved such a feat. They play their home games at the Selman Stërmasi Stadium in Tirana and they play in the Kategoria Superiore.

Klubi I Futbollit Vllaznia Shkodër, commonly known as Vllaznia is an Albanian football club based in the city of Shkodër. It is the association football branch of the Vllaznia Sports Club, which was founded on 16 February 1919. It is also the oldest club in Albania which means it is the first club created in Albania. KB Tirana are an Albanian professional basketball team based in Tiranë, which is the basketball branch of SK Tirana. 1938–39 Albanian Cup, named King's Cup in honour of King Zog I of Albania, was the first season of Albania's annual cup competition. This competition consisted in a double round-robin system with a broad participation of three divisions and six groups. 3 teams took part in the main group and played for Cup winner: Tirana, Vllaznia and Besa. It started on December 11, 1938, and ended on January 22, 1939.

Gerti Shima is a former Albanian professional basketball player who currently played last for Albanian side KB Tirana in the Albanian Basketball Superliga. Shima transferred for the second time to Sigal Prishtina in January 2016. He made a big comeback to his hometown club, where he has been playing professionally since he was 15 years old, KB Tirana on 3 November 2016.He retired from basketball in September 2021,after he was elected in position of Secretary General in Albania National Olympic Committee. In 2006 he scored 91 points in a game with Valbona against Partizani, a league record that stood for ten years until Genti Lasku scored 100.

The club does not currently compete professionally but they have won the Albanian Basketball Superliga in 1995, and they have also won the Albanian Basketball Cup on six occasions between 1974 and 1999.
