The SuperCup Women (or Women SuperCup) is a super cup competition organized by FIBA Europe and contested between the winners of EuroLeague Women and EuroCup Women.
The first edition of the Cup took place on October 20, 2009, and was contested between Spartak Moscow Region and Galatasaray in Vidnoye. In 2015 the SuperCup Women was played in a Final Four format between the finalists of EuroLeague Women and EuroCup Women.
In 2023, Fenerbahçe became the first and only Turkish club to date, to win the title by crushing France's LDLC ASVEL Féminin on their own homeground with a dominating victory and a point differential of 57, a record in the competition's history. [1]
Spartak Moscow Region and Beretta-Famila played on October 16, 2008 during 2008–09 EuroLeague Women as an unofficial SuperCup game [2] [3] .

The EuroLeague, officially the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, is a European men's professional basketball club competition. The league is widely recognised as the top-tier men's league in Europe. The league consists of 18 teams, of which 16 are given long-term licences and wild cards, making the league a semi-closed league. The league was first organized by FIBA in 1958, subsequently by ULEB in 2000 and then solely the Euroleague Basketball.

Anadolu Efes Spor Kulübü, commonly referred to as Anadolu Efes or simply Efes, is a professional basketball team based in Istanbul, Turkey. Founded in 1976, the club was formerly known as Efes Pilsen until 2011. Efes is the 2021–22 Euroleague champion and on the first place of European Club Ranking after the Final Four 2020–21. Efes is also the most successful club in the history of the Turkish Super League (BSL), having won the league's championship 16 times. Efes has won a total of 42 domestic trophies, more than any other Turkish basketball club.

Two years later, the Turkish national team finished third in the 2002 FIFA World Cup Finals in Japan and South Korea, while in 2008, the national team reached the semi-finals of the UEFA Euro 2008 competition. The Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul hosted the 2005 and 2023 UEFA Champions League Final, while the Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium in Istanbul hosted the 2009 UEFA Cup Final. Turkey will host the UEFA Euro 2032 along with Italy.
Ülker Gençlik ve Spor Kulübü, commonly known as Ülker or Ülkerspor, was a Turkish professional basketball club that was based in Istanbul, Turkey. The club competed in the Turkish Basketball League. They played their home games at the Abdi İpekçi Arena.
Željko Obradović (Serbian Cyrillic: Желимир "Жељко" Обрадовић, pronounced[ʒɛ̌limiːrʒêːʎkoobrǎːdoʋitɕ]; is a Serbian professional basketball coach and former professional player who is the head coach for Partizan of the Basketball League of Serbia, the ABA League and the EuroLeague.
Nikolaos "Nikos" Zisis is a Greek basketball executive and former professional basketball player. During his pro club playing career, at a height of 1.97 m tall, he played at both the point guard and shooting guard positions. He was inducted into the Greek Basket League Hall of Fame in 2022. He is currently the general manager of the senior Greek men's national basketball team.

He is also a regular member of the senior Greek basketball national team. A left-handed, 1.90m (6'3") tall combo guard, Kostas Sloukas is one of the most decorated EuroLeague players of his generation.

László Rátgéber is a Hungarian basketball coach, most well known for winning the EuroLeague Women with Spartak Moscow in 2009. He had three further trips to the Final Four with Pécs, winning bronze in 2001 and 2004. Rátgéber is the only coach who had fulfilled the position of head coach on both the men's, and the women's national basketball team of Hungary.

Sonja Vasić is a Serbian former professional women's basketball player. Standing at 1.89 m, she played at the small forward position. She represented the Serbia women's national basketball team, and is a current member of the FIBA Central Board.
Emma Meesseman is a Belgian professional basketball player for Fenerbahçe of the Women's Basketball Super League and EuroLeague Women. After playing basketball in Belgium, Meesseman was drafted by the Washington Mystics with the 19th overall pick in the second round of the 2013 WNBA draft. She has also played for the Belgian national team and several European professional teams. She was named the 2011 FIBA Europe Young Women's Player of the Year and the 2019 WNBA Finals MVP. Meesseman studied physical education at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
The LEN Super Cup is an annual water polo match organized by LEN and contested by the reigning champions of the two most important European club competitions, the LEN Champions League and the LEN Euro Cup.
