Alejandro Alvarado Jr. (born July 29, 2003) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for Liga Portugal 2 side Vizela. [1]

Club career

LA Galaxy II

Alvarado made his league debut for the club on 20 July 2020, coming on as an 88th-minute substitute for Omar Ontiveros in a 1–0 away victory over the San Diego Loyal. [2]

Vizela

On 6 September 2021, recently promoted to the Portuguese Primeira Liga side Vizela announced the signing of Alvarado on a five-year contract. [3]

Alvarado made his debut for Vizela on 20 November 2021, starting in a 2–0 home win over Estrela da Amadora in the Taça de Portugal. [4] He made his Primeira Liga debut a month later, on 28 December, coming off the bench in the final minutes of a 2–0 defeat away at Marítimo. [5]

Vianense (loan)

On 30 August 2023, Vizela sent Alvarado on a season-long loan to Liga 3 side Vianense. [6]
