During his career he played in the NBA and in Europe. He is currently an assistant coach for the Denver Pioneers men's basketball team.

In college, he won two NCAA championships as captain of the University of Kentucky Wildcats, and was a two-time All-NBA player for the Indianapolis Olympians before his career abruptly ended.

PAEEK is a Cypriot sports club founded in Kyrenia in 1953 by graduates of Kyrenia Gymnasium and represented the first force to be reckoned from the small city. It now plays in exile in Nicosia since the Turkish invasion of Cyprus in July 1974. This union has football division competing in the Cypriot First Division. PAEEK used to have also a basketball division, but due to economic difficulties had to suspend it for some years up to date.
Bjorn "BJ" McKie is an American former professional basketball player and current assistant coach at Wake Forest. Born in Norfolk, Virginia, McKie went to high school at Irmo High School and played for the University of South Carolina men's basketball team. In January 1999, he became the Gamecocks' all-time leading scorer, surpassing Alex English. The college retired his number 3 jersey in 2005. His son, Justin McKie, also starred at Irmo, and followed in his father's footsteps, playing four years at South Carolina.

He earned the Gatorade Player of the Year while playing for Pioneer High School in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the home of the University of Michigan.

He was the team captain at Boise State while winning the regular season and tournament championship. He earned All Conference Defense and All Conference Tournament Team. Afterwards he played six seasons as a professional player in Europe, spending most of his time in the Netherlands, in the Dutch Basketball League (DBL). Bauscher won the DBL championship in 2010. He also played in top divisions of Germany and Cyprus.

Prior to signing with them in February 2021, Jeff played in the Cypriot League where he was 1st in the league in RPG 13.3, EFF (efficiency) 28.3, and BPG 1.6 and 2nd in PPG at 21.3 while shooting 57% from the field. Allen won 'League Player of the Week' on an impressive league high 4 occasions in 2020. He also was awarded with All-Imports Team, All-Defensive Team, All-Second Team, and Newcomer of the year by the Eurobasket.com All-Cyprus League Awards 2021.
Thaddus Dewayn McFadden Jr. is an American-Georgian professional basketball player for Halcones de Xalapa of the Liga Nacional de Baloncesto Profesional (LNBP}. Standing at 1.88 m, he plays at both guard positions. He played two years of JUCO college basketball at St. Clair County CC, and two years of Division II college basketball at Fairmont State, where he later went into the Fairmont State Hall of Fame. McFadden then entered the 2009 NBA draft, but he was not selected in the draft's two rounds. McFadden has won three Cypriot League championships.
