Alexandre St-Jean (born 10 May 1993) is a Canadian speed skater who is specialized in the sprint distances.
St-Jean started his speed skating career as a short tracker. [1] He switched from short track to long track speed skating in 2013. He won his first-ever World Cup medal, a gold medal in the team sprint event, at the World Cup in Salt Lake City in November 2015. In December he won a silver medal when he finished second in the World Cup 500m event in Inzell. [2] [3] St-Jean is coached by Gregor Jelonek.
St-Jean qualified to compete for Canada at the 2018 Winter Olympics. [4] [5] [6]

Jeremy Lee Wotherspoon is a Canadian speed skater, widely recognized as one of the greatest speedskating sprinters of all time.
Christine Nesbitt is a Canadian retired long track speed skater who currently resides in Vancouver, British Columbia. She won the gold medal in the 1000 metres event at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics. She had previously won a silver medal in the team pursuit at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin. She is also the 2011 sprint champion, 2012 1500 metres world champion, three-time world champion for 1000 metres, and three-time world champion for team pursuit. On 4 June 2015 she announced her retirement.
Kevin Overland, or Kevin Crockett is a Canadian former Olympic and ISU Speed Skating World Cup medallist and present-day Speed Skating Canada national sprint team coach. He won the Olympic bronze medal in the 500 metres event at the 1998 Winter Olympics. Crockett also set two world records during his career as a skater.
William Christian Dutton is a Canadian speed skater. He was born in Regina, Saskatchewan and raised in Humboldt Saskatchewan Dutton began training full-time with the Calgary Olympic Oval program at age 17. He has represented Canada at the ISU World Junior Championships, World Sprint Championships and the 2014 Olympics in Sochi where he raced in the 500 and 1000.
Olivier Jean is a three time Olympian who represented Canada in both short and long track speed skating. Olivier Jean is a gold medalist from the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games in the men's 5000m relay. He is a canadian short track speed skater, racing internationally from 2002 to 2015 and switched to long track speed skating, competing internationally from 2015 to 2018. Olivier competed at his second Olympic Games in Sochi 2014 in short track speed skating, and for his third game appearance, switched to long track speed skating, competing in the mass start at the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympic Games. His appearance is well-known for his dreadlocks and for listening to reggae, which he says makes him skate faster.
Denis Igoryevich Yuskov is a Russian speed skater. He is a three-time gold medalist in men's 1500 meters at the World Single Distance Championships and the World Cup-2016 holder at the distance 1500 m.
Gilmore Junio is a Canadian speedskater from Calgary. He competes primarily in the short distances of 500 m and 1000 m. A three-time Olympian, Junio competed at the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi, 2018 Olympic Games in PyeongChang, and 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing.

Pavel Aleksandrovich Kulizhnikov is a Russian speed skater. He won the men's 500 metres event at the 2015 World Single Distance Championships as well as the 2015 World Sprint Championships, becoming the youngest winner since speed skating icon Eric Heiden of the United States. In 2015, he became the first speed skater to finish the 500-meter in under 34 seconds with a world record of 33.98. In 2020 he became the first speed skater to break 1:06 in the 1000 metres.
