Alexei Sancov (born 15 October 1999) is a Moldovan competitive swimmer. He competed in the men's 200 metre freestyle event at the 2016 Summer Olympics and placed 34th with a time of 1:48.85. [2] He competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics. [3]
On 2 July 2017, Sancov broke the World Junior record in the 200 meter free at 18 years old and won the gold medal at the European Junior Championships with a time of 1:47.00. That time broke the official World Junior Record at the time in this event, which currently stood at 1:47.10, held by American Maxime Rooney. Rooney swam that time at the 2015 US National Championships in San Antonio, Texas. Earlier in the European Junior Championships he took silver in the 100 meter free with a time of :49.01. [4]

Dana Whitney Vollmer is a former American competition swimmer, five-time Olympic gold medalist, and former world record-holder. At the 2004 Summer Olympics, she won a gold medal as a member of the winning United States team in the 4×200-meter freestyle relay that set the world record in the event. Eight years later at the 2012 Summer Olympics, Vollmer set the world record on her way to the gold medal in the 100-meter butterfly, and also won golds in the 4×100-meter medley relay and 4×200-meter freestyle relay. She won three medals including a gold at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

Michael Charles Andrew is an American competitive swimmer and an Olympic gold medalist. He was the 2016 world champion in the 100 meter individual medley. Francis Townley Haas is a retired American competitive swimmer who specialized in freestyle events. He is an Olympic gold medalist in the 4 × 200 m freestyle relay from the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Haas competed collegiately for the University of Texas at Austin from 2015 to 2019 under head coach Eddie Reese where he was a 10-time NCAA Champion, a 17-time All-American, and a 3-time NCAA team champion. Regan Smith is an American competitive swimmer. As of 2022, Smith trains under Bob Bowman with the Arizona State University professional training group. She is the world junior record holder in the women's long course 100-meter backstroke and 200-meter backstroke and a former world record holder in the long course 100-meter backstroke and the 200-meter backstroke. She competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics in three events representing the United States, winning a bronze medal in the 100-meter backstroke, a silver medal in the 200-meter butterfly, and a silver medal in the 4×100-meter medley relay. Zachary "Zach" Douglas Apple is a retired American competitive swimmer who specialized in the sprint freestyle events. He used to swim for DC Trident in the International Swimming League. He won his first Olympic gold medal in the 4x100-meter freestyle relay at the 2020 Summer Olympics, swimming in the prelims and the final of the event, and later in the same Olympic Games won a gold medal and helped set a new world record and Olympic record in the 4x100-meter medley relay, swimming the freestyle leg of the relay in the final.
Alexandra Walsh is an American competitive swimmer. She is known for her versatility in all four strokes that has allowed her to have success in medley events. Growing up, Walsh was a phenom who started setting national age group records starting at 12 in 2014. She led her high school team to multiple state and national championships. At the 2019 Pan American Games, she won three gold medals.
David Popovici is a Romanian competitive swimmer who specializes in freestyle events. He is a former world record holder in the long course 100-metre freestyle and the current junior world record holder in the long course 200-metre freestyle. He also holds the junior world record in the short course 100-metre freestyle. At the 2022 World Aquatics Championships, Popovici won gold medals in his two signature events, becoming the first swimmer to do so at the same edition of the World Championships, since Jim Montgomery in 1973. Following his performances during the 2022 long course season, in which he won eleven gold medals and two silver medals, Popovici was voted Male Swimmer of the Year by both SwimSwam and Swimming World Magazine. Kevin Patrick Callan is a retired American competitive swimmer. In 2017, he won a silver medal in the 4×200-meter freestyle relay at the 2017 World Junior Championships. In 2020, he won silver medals in the 200-meter freestyle and the 400-meter freestyle at the year's U.S. Open Championships. At the 2020 Summer Olympics, Callan was part of the 4×200-meter freestyle relay that took fourth place. At the 2023 NCAA Division I Men's Swimming and Diving Championships, he won a bronze medal in the 4×200-yard freestyle relay. He has a younger brother, Christopher Jack Callan, who currently swims at the University of Michigan.
