Armand van Helden is an American DJ, record producer, remixer and songwriter from Boston. He is considered one of house music's most revered figures, with a career spanning three decades.
Melissa Natalie Tkautz is an Australian actress, singer, model, and presenter. She played the role of Nikki Spencer on the popular Australian TV soap opera E Street, from September 1990 to May 1993. During the early 1990s she had a solo music career, performing mononymously as Melissa, and had top 20 hits on the ARIA Singles Chart with "Read My Lips", "Sexy " and "Skin to Skin". "Read My Lips" also became a Number One hit in Sweden. Her debut album, Fresh, was released in June 1992 and peaked at No. 15 on the ARIA Albums Chart.

Ministry of Sound Sessions Six is a dance music compilation album and sixth installment of the Australian Ministry of Sound "sessions" series. There are a total of 61 tracks spread across three discs. This was the first of the Sessions compilations to contain 3 disks, the previous having 2. Disc one was mixed by Goodwill, Disc two was mixed by Tommy Trash and Disc three was mixed by Dirty South. Remixes of tracks by some big-name artists on the compilation include The Presets, Calvin Harris, Lady Sovereign, Lily Allen, La Roux, The Ting Tings and The All-American Rejects. "Sessions Six" finished 2009 with the Number 2 position in the ARIA 2009 End Of Year Top 50 Dance Albums Charts and in position 4 of the ARIA Top 50 Compilations Chart for 2009.

"Lost and Found" was released only as a promotional single in 2007, but reached number four on the Hot Dance Club Play chart as of the week ending August 25, 2007.
Hit Machine was an Australian compilation album series produced and skewed by Festival Records, Mushroom Records BMG and Columbia Records, available in only Australia. It competed with 100% Hits, which started two years before, during its existence. It was released every three months and are mainly the biggest Top 40 hits of the season. It commenced in 1993 and ran 28 versions until 2000, where it was replaced by the So Fresh series. The replaced series uses the season-named format and includes songs from artists under Universal Music, which was previously included in 100% Hits series. Festival Records was folded to Warner Bros. Records, which managed the 100% Hits and NOW series with EMI. Sony Music Australia and Warner Bros. Records released digitally remastered versions of the entire Hit Machine series from 2015.

The song peaked at number 36 in the UK, number 61 in Germany and number 24 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart in the US. Originally it was released as "(When I Kiss You) I Hear Charlie Parker Playing", before being re-named to its present title.
