Alpine Mountain Ski & Ride Center is a former ski area in The Poconos of Pennsylvania located south-east of Scranton, Pennsylvania. It has 21 trails including 3 greens, 12 blues and 6 diamonds. It also has a terrain park located on the east side of the mountain at the bottom of the Swivel trail. The mountain was Voted On the Snow's 2013 Best Family Ski Area in the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast Region.

In 2013, the mountain was put up for sale in a closed bid auction. It was purchased by an undisclosed buyer and the ski resort opened for the 2013–14 season on December 20, 2013.

After two years of operation under new management, the mountain closed once again in 2015. It was sold in 2017 to a family local to the community who has not yet announced their plans on what will become of the operation.

Stoneham Mountain Resort

Stoneham Mountain Resort is a ski resort, located north of Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, in the municipality of Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury. It has a peak elevation of 593 metres above sea level and a vertical drop of 345 metres. There are 41 trails covering 333 hectares over four mountains. Nineteen trails are available for night skiing, consisting in the largest network of night skiing in Canada. The resort is owned by Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. In 2017, the Poma double ski lift and Doppelmayr T-Bar were removed. A new ski lift was built to replace them, a Doppelmayr 4-CLF fixed-grip lift with loading conveyor. This is 4,700 feet long with a ride time of 8.5 minutes. It has a maximum capacity of 1900 persons/hour.

Ski Big Bear is a skiing and snowboarding resort located in Lackawaxen Township, Pike County, Pennsylvania. While open to the public, it is an amenity of the Masthope Mountain Community and community property owners receive a season pass as part of their annual community dues. It is also fairly unusual as the main lodge, parking areas, and facilities are located at the top of the mountain. Skiers and riders descend to the lifts before riding back to the top. Ski Big Bear has a vertical drop of 650 feet.
