This event will include live music performances, a laser beam show, and fireworks, making it a festive occasion that highlights the technological advancements in drone capabilities.^[8]

The Amaravati Drone Show achieved an impressive milestone by setting five Guinness World Records. Representatives from the Guinness Book of World Records presented certificates to Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu during the event. The records were awarded for achievements such as the largest planet formation, largest landmark creation, largest plane formation, largest national flag display by drones, and the largest aerial logo formation.^[9]

All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalagiri is a medical research public higher education institute located in the Mangalagiri Tadepalle Municipal Corporation in Guntur District, in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is one of the four "Phase-IV" All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) announced in July 2014. It is located in proximity to the district headquarter Guntur. The foundation stone was laid by J. P. Nadda, M. Venkaiah Naidu and N. Chandrababu Naidu. Along with Guntur Medical College, NRI Hospital and numerous reputed medical organisations in this region, the AIIMS-MG in Guntur contributes in making Guntur a medical powerhouse of the state.

Mekapati Goutham Reddy was an Indian businessman and politician from the state of Andhra Pradesh. He was the Minister for Industries, Commerce, and Information Technology in the Government of Andhra Pradesh. He was elected twice and served as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly representing the Atmakur Assembly constituency on behalf of YSR Congress Party from 2014 until his death in 2022.

The 2019–2024 Amaravati protests, simply known as Amaravati protests, were demonstrations in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh triggered by the idea of changing the one capital of Amaravati already identified and developed partially, to three capitals of Amaravati, Visakhapatnam and Kurnool by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. This led to concerns that the decision would create chaos and insecurity for farmers who gave their fertile agricultural lands to the government in 29 villages of Guntur district. The protests began in Mandadam, Thullur, Uddandarayunipalem on 18 December 2019. In a few days, the protests spread across Andhra Pradesh Capital Region, in Andhra Pradesh. On 17 December 2020, series of events were done to mark the protests' anniversary.

The chief ministership of N. Chandrababu Naidu began on 1 September 1995 and ended on 11 October 1999, making him the 13th Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. Naidu was sworn in by the then governor, Krishan Kant. Naidu's second term started on 11 October 1999 to end on 13 May 2004, sworn in by the then governor, C. Rangarajan. After a decade, Naidu's third term commenced on 8 June 2014 and ended on 29 May 2019, during which he served as the chief minister of the bifurcated Andhra Pradesh, sworn in by the then governor, E. S. L. Narasimhan. He is currently serving as the chief minister, sworn in by the current governor, Syed Abdul Nazeer on 12 June 2024.

The Fourth N. Chandrababu Naidu ministry was formed on 12 June 2024 and is headed by N. Chandrababu Naidu as the chief minister following the 2024 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly election.
