Among the Dead is the eighth full-length album by the Danish power metal band Iron Fire, released on 16 September 2016.

Background

On 5 October 2012, Iron Fire announced that the band were writing a new album scheduled for release in 2014, stating that it would be a concept album with a "darker, harder, aggressive and faster" direction. [13] The band began recording the album, tentatively titled Inferno, in January 2014. [14]

On 11 July 2016, the band announced that the album, confirmed to be titled Among the Dead, would be released on 16 September. [15] A preview clip was released for the album, two days after the previous announcement. [16]
