Amy Steinberg is an American minister, singer, songwriter, musician, playwright and actress. [1] She is an independent artist. Best known for her live performances, she blends together a mixture of music, comedy, and poetry. A student of the Science of Mind movement, her work has included musically directing at spiritual centers, writing songs for the Inspire Choir in Boca Raton, Florida and the One Love Choir in Charlotte, North Carolina which has brought marked spirituality into her work. She has performed at Agape International in Los Angeles, Center for Spiritual Living in Seattle, The Revelation Conference, the Michigan Womyn's Festival, and opening for artists including Alix Olson and Melissa Ferrick.
Amy was born in Boston, Massachusetts. At age 8, her family moved to Sarasota, Florida, where she attended Booker High School for the Performing Arts. Classically trained on the piano from age 4, she studied at Boston Conservatory and American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City and has a degree in theater from Marymount Manhattan College.
Steinberg began singing original music in college and released her first record with the Amy Steinberg Band in 1999. She has since released nine albums independently, and written and performed four one-woman shows: Me, Me, Me, Me;Oh My God Don't Stop;Ever Expanding; and The Divine Miss Aim. After selling out and winning Patron's Pick at the 2005 Orlando International Fringe Theater Festival, Oh My God Don't Stop went on for successful runs in Tampa and West Palm Beach, Florida. It ran for three months at the Cuillo Centre for the Arts in 2008 to rave reviews. She won the Touring Act of the Year award from Songwriter Showcases of America in 2006, and Best Solo Performer from the Orlando Music Awards in 2000. She regularly tours the United States, performing in music festivals, Spiritual Centers, coffeehouses, and unschooling conferences. She currently tours in support of her newest record, Broken Open produced by Justin Beckler.
Her influences and inspirations are Bette Midler, Ani Difranco, Christy Snow, and George Carlin. Her shows are a mix of comedy, music, theater, and spirituality.
Steinberg wrote and produced a long one act, Breaking the Moon, about 7 teenagers in treatment for suicide and suicidal behaviors. It received praise from the press and is moving forward to productions in Asheville, North Carolina, Johnson City, Tennessee and New York, NY. Currently, the original cast album is being recorded at Sound Temple Studios. [2] [3]

She is a licensed Religious Science minister. She has two chihuahuas, Ru and Tiki and three cats: Poppy, Baby cat and Sebastian. She lives with her partner in Asheville, North Carolina

Diamá is a Swiss singer. She was born in Schlieren, a suburb of Zürich. Her both parents are Italian immigrants. She grew up in Dietikon, which is close to her place of birth. At the age of seven, she began singing in her hometown church choir "Voci Bianche", which she was part of until her teenage days. At home she would listen to soul and R&B tunes, and while singing along she discovered the strength of her own voice. She found inspiration in soul legends such as Mary J. Shara Nova is the lead singer and songwriter for My Brightest Diamond. As a composer she is most recognized for her choral compositions and the baroque chamber opera "You Us We All". New music composers Sarah Kirkland Snider, David Lang, Steve Mackey and Bryce Dessner have composed pieces for Nova's voice. She has recorded as a guest vocalist with David Byrne, Laurie Anderson, The Decemberists, Sufjan Stevens, Jedi Mind Tricks, The Blind Boys of Alabama and Stateless as well as extensive collaborations with visual artists Matthew Ritchie and Matthew Barney. She was formerly the frontwoman of AwRY. On March 3, 2016, Shara legally changed her last name from Worden to Nova after divorcing her husband, to whom she had been married most of her adult life.
Amy Lynn Lee is an American singer-songwriter and musician. She is the co-founder, lead vocalist, lead songwriter and keyboardist of the rock band Evanescence. A classically trained pianist, Lee began writing music at age 11 and co-founded Evanescence at age 13, inspired by various musical genres and film scores from an early age. Lee has also participated in other musical projects, including Nightmare Revisited and Muppets: The Green Album, and composed music for several films, including War Story (2014), Indigo Grey: The Passage (2015), and the song "Speak to Me" for Voice from the Stone (2017). Karla Burns was an American mezzo-soprano and actress who performed nationally and internationally in opera houses, theatres, and on television. Her first major success was as Queenie in the Houston Grand Opera's 1982 revival of Oscar Hammerstein II and Jerome Kern's 1927 musical Show Boat. This production premiered in Houston, and then toured nationally and on Broadway. For her portrayal of Queenie, Burns won a Drama Desk Award and received a nomination for the Tony Award. The role of Queenie became a pivotal part in Burn's career, and she portrayed the character in many productions internationally for two decades. For this part, she became the first black person, African-American or otherwise, to win the Laurence Olivier Award, Britain's most prestigious award for theatre.
Linda "Tui" Tillery is an American singer, percussionist, producer, songwriter, and music arranger. She began her professional singing career at age 19 with the Bay Area rock band The Loading Zone. She is recognized as a pioneer in women's music, with her second solo album titled Linda Tillery released on Olivia Records in 1977. In addition to performing, she was the producer on three of Olivia's first eight albums. Within the women's music genre, she has collaborated with June Millington, Deidre McCalla, Barbara Higbie, Holly Near, Margie Adam, and others. Tillery was nominated for a Grammy Award in 1997 for Best Musical Album for Children.

The Cradlesong Tour was the second solo concert tour by Matchbox Twenty frontman Rob Thomas. The tour supported his second studio album, Cradlesong and the digital EP, Someday EP. The tour primarily visited North America and Australia. During the summer of 2010, the tour morphed into the Sidewalk Angels Tour, benefiting the charity of the same name.
