Anand Arnold (born 1987) is the first wheelchair-using bodybuilder of India. He is from Ludhiana, Punjab. [1] [2] In 2018, he won the silver medal in Mr. Olympia (Wheelchair) title. [3] [4]

He was born to Arnold in 1987. [1] At the age of 13, Arnold won the first bodybuilding title. Two years later, he was diagnosed with spinal cancer, leading to paralysis from the neck down. After three years of being confined to the bed, he resumed training while reliant on the wheelchair. [2] [5] Arnold has won the Mr. India (Wheelchair) title four times, and the Mr. Punjab (Wheelchair) title twelve times. [6] In 2015, the biography titled Weightless: A True Story Of Courage And Determination was written by the American author, Allen Woodman. [7]

Roy "Reg" Park was an English bodybuilder, businessman, and actor. His first title was Mr Britain in 1949. He then won the Mr Universe in 1951, 1958 and 1965. He also starred in five films, four featured as Hercules, and in one, Hercules in the Haunted World (1961), he co-starred with Christopher Lee. Besides his own career and titles, he is probably best known as an idol and mentor to Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Dexter "The Blade" Jackson is an American retired IFBB professional bodybuilder and the 2008 Mr. Olympia bodybuilding champion. With 29 wins, Jackson has the 2nd highest professional bodybuilding titles, behind Ashley Kaltwasser. He has the distinction of winning the Arnold Classic a record five times. After winning the Arnold Classic in 2015, he proceeded to place second in the 2015 Mr. Olympia. He is from Jacksonville, Florida. He retired from professional bodybuilding following the 2020 Mr. Olympia.

Phil Heath American bodybuilder

Phillip Jerrod Heath is an American IFBB professional bodybuilder. He is a seven-time Mr. Olympia winner, having won the competition every year from 2011 to 2017. His latest victory tied him with Arnold Schwarzenegger for the joint-second number of all-time Mr. Olympia wins, behind Ronnie Coleman and Lee Haney, who are joint-first with eight wins each. His physique is considered one of the best and well balanced bodybuilding physiques of all time.
