Andrei Makrov (born 14 December 1979) is an Estonian professional ice hockey player who plays for HC Viking of the Meistriliiga (EML).

Internationally, Makrov has represented Estonia and is the team's all-time goal-scoring and points leader in the World Championships. [1]

Their largest contingent was their ice hockey squad of 23, in which Kazakhstan qualified after winning a qualifying series also including Austria, France and Ukraine. The cross country skiing team was also sizeable, with of 19 Kazakh athletes entered.

These are the team rosters of the nations that participated in the men's ice hockey tournament of the 2006 Winter Olympics. Each team was permitted a roster of 20 skaters and three goaltenders.

Andrei Valentinovich Khomutov is a Russian former ice hockey right winger. He was the head coach for Barys Astana of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) and Kazakhstan national team during 2010–2011 season. He played for CSKA Moscow from 1979–1990, then in Switzerland for HC Fribourg-Gottéron from 1990–1998. He was most valuable player in the Soviet league in 1990, and also led the league in goals in 1988.

The 2010 IIHF World Championship Division II was an international ice hockey tournament run by the International Ice Hockey Federation. The tournament was contested from April 10–17, 2010. Participants in this tournament were separated into two separate tournament groups. The Group A tournament was contested in Naucalpan, Mexico. Group B's games were played in Narva, Estonia. Spain and Estonia won Group A and Group B, respectively, to earn promotion to Division I at the 2011 IIHF World Championship. Meanwhile, Turkey and Israel finished last in Group A and B and were relegated to Division III for 2011. The four teams were replaced by Serbia and Croatia, which were relegated from Division I, and Ireland and North Korea which earned promotion from Division III.
