Andrejus Zadneprovskis (born August 31, 1974) is a retired Lithuanian modern pentathlete who won the silver medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, [1] as well as bronze medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. [2] Zadneprovskis won the gold medal in the Modern Pentathlon World Championships in the year of 2000 and 2004. He also earned the bronze medal at the Modern Pentathlon World Championships 2006 in Guatemala. In 2010 he retired from sport due to health problems. [3]

In 2009 he married modern pentathlete Laura Asadauskaitė, who won the gold medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics. They have daughter who was born in 2010. [4] He also has a daughter with his ex-girlfriend. [5]

In 2012 Zadneprovskis was elected to the UIPM executives. [6] In 2014 Zadneprovskis became the president of the Lithuanian Padel Tennis Federation. [7]

Donata Rimšaitė is a Russian-Lithuanian modern pentathlete. She represented Lithuania at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. She won a silver medal at the 2010 Modern Pentathlon World Cup in Medway. In 2011, Rimšaitė began competing for Russia. She won a gold medal in the mixed relay at the 2016 World Championships in Moscow.

Laura Asadauskaitė-Zadneprovskienė is a Lithuanian modern pentathlete. She won the gold medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London and achieved an Olympic record score. Asadauskaitė also competed in three other Olympics, 2008 in Beijing, 2016 in Rio de Janeiro, and in 2021 in Tokyo Olympics in which she was awarded with the silver medal. She has been European and World Champion in pentathlon.

Katherine Fiona “Kate” Allenby MBE is a British modern pentathlete who competed in two Summer Olympics, taking the bronze medal at the 2000 Games and placing in 8th place in 2004. She has won medals at four World Championships, and after retiring from sport, she became a physical education teacher in Bath, England.

Leila Gyenesei is a Hungarian modern pentathlete and cross-country skier. She is also the daughter of István Gyenesei, former Minister of Local Government and chairman of the Association for Somogy party.
