The Island Games are biennial international multi-sports events organised by the International Island Games Association (IIGA). After his cycling career he became technical director of the new Gitane team, and he signed a young Bernard Hinault. He competed in the team time trial at the 1964 Summer Olympics.
André Auffray was a French racing cyclist. At the 1908 Olympics he won a gold medal in the tandem, together with Maurice Schilles, and a bronze in the 5000 m event; he also competed in the individual sprint and in the 1,980 yard team pursuit. In sprint events, he won the Paris championships in 1907, placing third in 1908 and 1909, and placed second at the world championships.
The Estonian National Road Race Championship is a road bicycle race that takes place inside the Estonian National Cycling Championship, and decides the best cyclist in this type of race. The first edition took place in 1994, and was won by Andres Lauk. Jaan Kirsipuu holds the record for the most wins in the men's championship with 5, while Grete Treier holds the record for most wins in the women's championship with 5 wins. The current champions are Mihkel Räim and Aidi Gerde Tuisk.
Andrés Eduardo Jiménez Caicedo is a Colombian racing cyclist who represents Colombia in BMX. He represented Colombia at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics in the men's BMX event. At the 2008 Games, he reached the final but finished just outside the medals. In 2012 he again reached the final, but only finished in 6th place on this occasion.
