Andri Ragettli (born 21 August 1998) is a Swiss freestyle skier. He has won ten world cup titles and five crystal globes, including slopestyle in 2016, 2018, 2020 and 2022, as well as big air in 2019. [1] He represented Switzerland in slopestyle at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, where he qualified for the final, along with two fellow Swiss skiers, and finished 7th. Andri won his first X-Games gold medal at X-Games Norway 2020, which was his childhood dream. Since then he has added two more X-Games gold medals: one in big air (2021) and one in Slopestyle (2022). At the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing he qualified in first place for slopestyle finals but ended up 4th in the end.

He is the second skier to perform a quad cork, after Jackson Wells. He is the first skier to perform a quad cork 1800 on skis. At the 2019 Audi Nines he became the second person to perform a quad cork 1980 on skis, after fellow Swiss skier Fabian Bösch. [2]

The men's big air competition in freestyle skiing at the 2022 Winter Olympics was held on 7 February (qualification) and 9 February (final), at the Big Air Shougang in Beijing. This will be the inaugural freestyle skiing men's big air competition at the Olympics. Birk Ruud of Norway became the Olympic champion, Colby Stevenson of the United States won silver, and Henrik Harlaut of Sweden bronze. For each of them, this was the first Olympic medal.

The women's big air competition in freestyle skiing at the 2022 Winter Olympics was held on 7 February (qualification) and 8 February (final), at the Big Air Shougang in Beijing. This will be the inaugural freestyle skiing women's big air competition at the Olympics. Eileen Gu, representing China, became the champion, Tess Ledeux of France won the silver medal, and Mathilde Gremaud of Switzerland the bronze medal. For Gu and Ledeux, this was their first Olympic medal.

The women's slopestyle competition in freestyle skiing at the 2022 Winter Olympics was held on 14 February (qualification) and 15 February (final), at the Genting Snow Park in Zhangjiakou. Originally scheduled for 13 February (qualification) and 14 February (final), the events were delayed due to weather. Mathilde Gremaud of Switzerland won the event, improving on her 2018 silver medal. Eileen Gu of China won the silver medal, and Kelly Sildaru of Estonia bronze. For Sildaru, it was the first Olympic medal. This was also the first Winter Olympics medal for Estonia since 2010.

The men's slopestyle competition in freestyle skiing at the 2022 Winter Olympics was held on 14 February (qualification) and 16 February (final), at the Genting Snow Park in Zhangjiakou. Alex Hall of the United States won the event, which was his first Olympic medal. The 2018 silver medalist, Nick Goepper, also of the United States, won silver again. Jesper Tjäder of Sweden was third, also his first Olympic medal.

Megan Oldham is a Canadian freestyle skier who competes internationally in the big air and slopestyle disciplines. Oldham grew up in Parry Sound, Ontario.
