David Michael Bell is an American former professional baseball third baseman and second baseman,former Coach,and current manager for the Cincinnati Reds of Major League Baseball (MLB). Dale Curtis Sveum is an American former Major League Baseball (MLB) player and manager. He most recently served as the bench coach for the Kansas City Royals. As a player,Sveum saw action in 12 major league seasons between 1986 and 1999. He was a member of the Milwaukee Brewers,Philadelphia Phillies,Chicago White Sox,Oakland Athletics,Seattle Mariners,Pittsburgh Pirates,and New York Yankees. Following his playing career,Sveum managed in minor league baseball for several seasons before becoming an MLB coach. Sveum briefly served as manager of the Brewers in 2008 during his tenure as hitting coach for the team. He was later named manager of the Cubs after the 2011 season and served for two seasons. His cousin is former Blue Jays All-Star John Olerud.
Charles John Grimm,nicknamed "Jolly Cholly",was an American professional baseball player and manager. He played in Major League Baseball as a first baseman,most notably for the Chicago Cubs;he was also a sometime radio sports commentator,and a popular goodwill ambassador for baseball. He played for the Pittsburgh Pirates early in his career,but was traded to the Cubs in 1925 and worked mostly for the Cubs for the rest of his career. Born in St. Louis,Missouri,to parents of German extraction,Grimm was known for being outgoing and chatty,even singing old-fashioned songs while accompanying himself on a left-handed banjo. Grimm is one of a select few to have played and managed in 2,000 games each.
Thomas Lynn Trebelhorn is an American former manager in Major League Baseball for the Milwaukee Brewers (1986–91) and Chicago Cubs (1994). He was the manager of the Class A Salem-Keizer Volcanoes from 2008 to 2012.

William Derrick Bates is an American former professional baseball second baseman and pinch runner who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Milwaukee Brewers and the Cincinnati Reds. In 29 career games,Bates had a batting average of .125 with six hits,two runs batted in (RBI),11 runs,and eight stolen bases. Though his defensive position was at second base,the Reds primarily used Bates as a pinch runner. After he scored the winning run in Game 2 of the 1990 World Series,Bates never played in MLB again.

He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) as an outfielder from 1970 to 1979,most prominently as a member of the Pittsburgh Pirates teams that won four National League Eastern Division titles in five seasons between 1970 and 1974,and won the World Series in 1971. He also played for the New York Mets,Texas Rangers,and Chicago Cubs. He batted and threw right-handed.
Timothy John Foli is an American former professional baseball player,coach and minor league manager. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a shortstop for the New York Mets,Montreal Expos,San Francisco Giants,Pittsburgh Pirates,California Angels and New York Yankees from 1970 to 1985. At age 17,Foli was the first pick in the Major League Baseball Draft in 1968 and went on to be a member of the 1979 World Series champion Pirates. Foli was known as a fiery player who was a reliable fielder but only an average hitter. Foli was a free swinger,especially in 1982 when he walked only 14 times,the lowest total ever for 150 or more games played. His free swinging did not aim for the fences,however,as he averaged less than two home runs per season.
Darnell Coles is an American professional baseball player and current hitting coach for the Washington Nationals of Major League Baseball (MLB). He played in MLB and Nippon Professional Baseball primarily as a third baseman and outfielder from 1983 to 1997. He has coached in MLB since 2014.
Richard Avina Renteria is a Mexican-American former professional baseball infielder and former manager of the Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB). Renteria played in parts of five seasons between 1986 and 1994 with the Pittsburgh Pirates,Seattle Mariners,and Florida Marlins. He then coached and managed in the Marlins organization until 2001,and in the San Diego Padres organization until 2013. He was the manager of the Chicago Cubs in 2014. Renteria was also the bench coach for the Chicago White Sox in 2016.
