Anemotia is a village on the Greek island of Lesbos. It belongs to the municipal unit of Kalloni and is in the mountains, roughly halfway between Kalloni and Eresos.

Anemotia's cobbled streets, stone houses and panoramic vistas make it picturesque. The fertile but rocky terrain of the mountains is covered with olive trees. The local farmers claim that the olives grown on these trees produce the most fragrant olive oil in the country.

Agia Paraskevi (Greek: Αγία Παρασκευή, also Ayia Paraskevi is a village and a former municipality on the island of Lesbos, North Aegean, Greece. Since the 2019 local government reform it is part of the municipality of West Lesvos, of which it is a municipal unit. It is located in the central part of the island, on the northeast shore of Kalloni Bay. The village is named after the Church of Agia Paraskevi, which is found in a cave in one of the highest points of the town. The town cemetery is also located there. Presumably built over an old pagan temple, there is a well in the cave, and drinking the water from this well has been said to have conferred the Virgin Mary's protection. Agia Paraskevi is an old village that is becoming a powerful cultural and economic center for the island. The village is known for its old mansions, unique architecture and for its festivals. It is often referred to as the « Little Paris of the Aegean », due to its quaint agora and stunning architecture.

Lesbos or Lesvos is a Greek island located in the northeastern Aegean Sea. It has an area of 1,633 km2 (631 sq mi), with approximately 400 kilometres of coastline, making it the third largest island in Greece and the eighth largest in the Mediterranean. It is separated from Asia Minor by the narrow Mytilini Strait. On the southeastern coast is the island's capital and largest city, Mytilene (Μυτιλήνη), whose name is also used for the island as a whole. Lesbos is a separate regional unit with the seat in Mytilene, which is also the capital of the larger North Aegean region. The region includes the islands of Lesbos, Chios, Ikaria, Lemnos, and Samos. Kalloni is a town in the west-central part of the island of Lesbos, Greece. It is the seat of the West Lesbos municipality and the Kalloni municipal unit within it. Prior to 2011 the current municipal unit was a municipality. The name also existed in ancient times, though the conventional transcription of the classical name in English is "Callone".

Agios Petros is a village and a community in the municipal unit of Apollonioi in the southern part of the Lefkada Island in Greece. The community consists of the villages Agios Petros and Ponti Agiou Petrou. Agios Petros is situated on a mountain slope 4 km (2.5 mi) north of Vasiliki, 4 km (2.5 mi) west of Syvros, and 21 km (13 mi) southwest of Lefkada.

Apodotia is a former municipality in Aetolia-Acarnania, West Greece, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Nafpaktia, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 257.635 km2. The seat of the municipality, established in 1996, was the village Ano Chora. An earlier municipality Apodotia existed between 1835 and 1912.

Agios Kosmas is a village, a community and a municipal unit of the Grevena municipality. Before the 2011 local government reform it was an independent municipality. The municipality was established in 1997 with the name Kosmas o Aitolos, which was changed to Agios Kosmas in 2004. The seat of the municipality was in Megaro. The 2021 census recorded 54 residents in the community and 681 residents in the municipal unit. The community of Agios Kosmas covers an area of 9.496 km2 while the municipal unit covers an area of 115.087 km2. The village is named after the 18th-century saint Cosmas the Aetolian.

Makry Gialos is a former municipality in Lasithi, Crete, Greece, with a population 2,589 in 2021. It is located on the south-east coast of Crete. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Ierapetra, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 75.376 km2 (29.103 sq mi). The seat of the municipality was in Koutsouras, 22 kilometers east of Ierapetra. It was established in 1997 when the communities of Stavrochori, Chrysopigi, Lithines, Schinokapsala, Agios Stefanos, Oreino, Perivolakia and Pefkoi amalgamated into one municipality (Δήμος). In November 2011 the four communities Chrysopigi, Lithines, Perivolakia and Pefkoi passed to the municipality Siteia.

Polichnitos is a town and a former municipality on the island of Lesbos, North Aegean, Greece. Since the 2019 local government reform it is part of the municipality West Lesbos, of which it is a municipal unit. Population 3,438 (2021). The municipal unit is located in the central south coast of the island, adjacent to the south side of the Bay of Kalloni. It has a land area of 172.629 km2. Its municipal seat is in the town of Polichnítos. The next largest villages are Vrísa, Vasiliká, and Lisvóri.

Zweitina or Zuwaytinah is a small Greek Orthodox Christian village located in Western Syria close to the Lebanese borders and administratively belonging to the Homs Governorate. Its location in the midst of a coniferous mountain makes it a popular and favored summer destination. Its altitude ranges between 400 and 450 meters. It is situated in the area known as Wadi al-Nasara. Nearby localities include Marmarita to the north, al-Huwash to the east, al-Huwash to the east, al-Husn to the southeast, al-Zarah to the south, Naarah and Tell Hawsh to the southwest, al-Mitras to the west and al-Bariqiyah to the northwest.

Agra is a village and a community on the island of Lesbos in Greece. Situated 10 kilometres from the Aegean Sea in the Kalloni municipal unit, the village is dominated by livestock-farming. The region's milk is predominantly used in the production of cheese, with feta and gruyere most-commonly made.

Kalloni is a village and a community of the Grevena municipality. Before the 2011 local government reform it was a part of the municipality of Agios Kosmas, of which it was a municipal district. The 2021 census recorded 13 residents in the village. The community of Kalloni covers an area of 9.447 km2.

It is approximately a 7 kilometres drive from the Germasogeia roundabout, which is located on the Limassol – Nicosia and Limassol – Paphos Highway. It is a 10-minute drive to the sandy beach coast of the City of Limassol and a 15-minute drive to the city center and surroundings where all amenities can be found.

Drymou is a village in the Paphos District of Cyprus, located 3 km west of Fyti, with a population of about 100 people at an altitude of 500 meters (1,600 ft). It is between the Troodos mountains and the sea and is surrounded by wild vegetation and grain crops, olive trees, vineyards and almond trees.

West Lesbos, sometimes also referred to as West Lesvos, is a municipality on the island of Lesbos in the North Aegean region in Greece. The municipality was formed from a decision by the Ministry of the Interior, published on 9 March 2019, which divided the pre-existing municipality of Lesbos. The seat of the municipality is in Kalloni.
