Angola Provincial Stage (or Angolan Third Division) is the third division of Angolan football, and it is organized by the Angolan Football Federation. [1]
Unlike most league systems worldwide, Angola does not have a regular second-tier league system. The teams that are relegated from the top-tier league, the Girabola, are relegated to the provincial championship from which they originate. The champion of each provincial championship automatically qualifies to the Segundona, the league or tournament that qualifies to the Girabola.

The Basketball Super League, also known as the ING Basketbol Süper Ligi for sponsorship reasons, is the top men's professional basketball division of the Turkish basketball league system. It replaced the former Turkish Basketball Championship (1946–1967) to become the Turkish Basketball League (TBL) until 2015 when it adopted its current name while the TBL name became exclusive to the second-tier and third-tier divisions.
Girabola, or Campeonato Nacional de Futebol em Séniores Masculinos, is the top division of Angolan football. It is organized by the Angolan Football Federation.
Football is the most popular sport in Angola, followed by basketball. The national team qualified for the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany and many Angolan footballers play internationally, particularly in Portugal and France. The top national league is the Girabola. The country was a Portuguese colony since the late 15th century. And so it was the Portuguese who popularized football here. Football in Angola is still shaped by its Portuguese origins and relationships, for example through a number of affiliates of the Portuguese clubs Benfica Lisbon and Sporting Lisbon. Also, many Angolan footballers play internationally, especially in Portugal, but also in France, but mostly in lower leagues.
Kabuscorp Sport Clube do Palanca, usually known simply as Kabuscorp is a multisports club based in Luanda, Angola. The club's football teams contests at the Angolan major league Girabola as well as at the African club competitions.
Segundona aka Torneio de Apuramento(Qualification Tournament) or Gira Angola is the 2nd division of Angolan football (soccer). It is organized by the Angolan Football Federation and gives access to Angola's top tier football division Girabola.
