Anna Danielle van der Gaag CBE is a speech and language therapist and academic. She is visiting professor in ethics and regulation at the University of Surrey and former chair of the Health and Care Professions Council. [1]
Van der Gaag taught at the University of Strathclyde,was a senior researcher at the University of Oxford and at the Queen Margaret University. From 2006 to 2008 she was a member of the Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence. From 2006 to 2015 she was chair of the Health and Care Professions Council. [1]
