Anthony Farah is a Lebanese professional rugby league player who has played as a hooker for the Mount Pritchard Mounties in the New South Wales Cup. He also played in another cup and both won Round 1 and 2 in 2002, Round 6 in 2003. Lebanon vs France was 36-6, Lebanon vs Serbia was 102-0 and Lebanon vs France was 26-18. It was named the Mediterranean Cup 2002 and 2003. [2] [3]
Farah is a Lebanese international. [3] He captained the Lebanon side in their 36-10 win over Malta on 8 Oct 2006 in Sydney.

On 11 July 1998 the first ever 13 a side rugby league match was played between Italia and Lebanon, which took place at Leichhardt Oval - Sydney - Australia, the match was known as 'The Mediterranean Cup'. A crowd of almost 10,000 watched as these two emerging nations battled it out in a torrid affair. Former first grade players such as Frank Napoli, Chris St Clair, John Elias, David Baysarri and Darren Maroon represented their country of origin. The match was refereed by Tony Archer and Lebanon defeated a gallant Italy. The Mediterranean Cup was played before the Balmain Tigers and North Queensland Cowboys 1st grade match.
Fadi El Khatib, nicknamed "the Lebanese Tiger", is a Lebanese professional basketball player for Sagesse SC of the Lebanese Basketball League. El Khatib played for several teams in the Lebanese Basketball League, and also played abroad in Syria, Ukraine and China. He was also a member of the Lebanon national team that finished runners-up in the FIBA Asia Championship three times, in 2001, 2005 and 2007. El Khatib also participated in the FIBA World Championship in 2002, 2006 and 2010.
Robert Peter Farah is a former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 2000s and 2010s. An Australian international, Lebanese international and captain of New South Wales Blues team, he has played the majority of his professional career with the Wests Tigers, with whom he won the 2005 NRL Premiership. Between 2006 and 2012, Farah played for City in six City vs Country representative games, captaining the team from 2009 onwards. He played for the South Sydney Rabbitohs during the 2017 and 2018 National Rugby League seasons.
