Anthony Norton (born 27 February 1950) is a British bobsledder. He competed in the four man event at the 1976 Winter Olympics. [1]

Anthony John Hurt is a former New Zealand rower who won two Olympic medals. At the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, he teamed with Dick Joyce, Wybo Veldman, John Hunter, Lindsay Wilson, Joe Earl, Trevor Coker and Gary Robertson and Simon Dickie (cox) to win the gold medal in the eights. At the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, he again crewed the eight which this time won the Bronze medal. His crewmates this time were Alec McLean, Ivan Sutherland, Trevor Coker, Peter Dignan, Lindsay Wilson, Joe Earl and Dave Rodger and Simon Dickie (cox). In both Olympic races, he was the stroke.

Brian Ivan Cobb Norton, nicknamed "Babe", was a South African male tennis player. He was born in Cape Province, South Africa, and died in Santa Clara, California, United States. At Wimbledon 1921, Norton beat Frank Hunter and Manuel Alonso Areizaga, before having two championship points in the Challenge Round against Bill Tilden but losing in five sets. Norton is one of only two men to hold championship point in a Grand Slam men's singles final and yet not win a title. Norton won the 1923 U.S. National Championships doubles, alongside Tilden. In the singles that year, Norton beat R. Norris Williams in a five set quarter final before losing to Tilden in the semi finals.

Kathryn Elizabeth Knapp, also known by her married name Kay Norton, is an American former competition swimmer who represented the United States at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne, Australia. She swam for the silver medal-winning U.S. team in the qualifying heats of the women's 4×100-meter freestyle relay. Knapp did not receive a medal, however, because only relay swimmers who competed in the event final were medal-eligible under the Olympic rules then in effect.
