Aphalangy-syndactyly-microcephaly syndrome is a very rare limb malformation syndrome which is characterized by agenesis of the distal phalanges (distal aphalangia), syndactyly, duplication of the fourth metatarsal, microcephaly, and mild intellectual disabilities. [1] Only 6 cases [2] [3] [4] [5] from 4 families in Spain, Turkey and other countries [6] have been reported in medical literature. Transmission is autosomal dominant. [7]
Cenani–Lenz syndactylism, also known as Cenani–Lenz syndrome or Cenani–syndactylism, is an autosomal recessive congenital malformation syndrome involving both upper and lower extremities.
Acrocephalosyndactyly is a group of congenital conditions characterized by irregular features of the face and skull (craniosynostosis) and hands and feet (syndactyly). Craniosynostosis occurs when the cranial sutures, the fibrous tissue connecting the skull bones, fuse the cranial bones early in development. Cranial sutures allow the skull bones to continue growing until they fuse at age 24. Premature fusing of the cranial sutures can result in alterations to the skull shape and interfere with brain growth. Syndactyly occurs when digits of the hands or feet are fused together. When polydactyly is also present, the classification is acrocephalopolysyndactyly. Polydactyly occurs when the hands or feet possess additional digits. Acrocephalosyndactyly is usually diagnosed after birth, although prenatal diagnosis is sometimes possible if the genetic variation is present in family members, as the conditions are typically inherited in an autosomal dominant pattern Treatment often involves surgery in early childhood to correct for craniosynostosis and syndactyly.
Cooks syndrome is a hereditary disorder which is characterized in the hands by bilateral nail hypoplasia on the thumb, index finger, and middle finger, absence of fingernails (anonychia) on the ring finger and little finger, lengthening of the thumbs, and bulbousness of the fingers. In the feet, it is characterized by absence of toenails and absence/hypoplasia of the distal phalanges. In the second study of this disorder, it was found that the intermediate phalanges, proximal phalanges, and metacarpals were unaffected.
Floating–Harbor syndrome, also known as Pelletier–Leisti syndrome, is a rare disease with fewer than 50 cases described in the literature. It is usually diagnosed in early childhood and is characterized by the triad of proportionate short stature with delayed bone age, characteristic facial appearance, and delayed speech development. Although its cause is unknown, it is thought to result from genetic mutation, and diagnosis is established by the presence of a heterozygous SRCAP mutation in those with clinical findings of FHS.

He has taken part as project coordinator and assistant investigator in many research projects and has prepared articles published in international journals since 1995. He is the president of EBTNA and representative from Turkey. He is also the editor-in-chief of The EuroBiotech Journal.
Microcephaly albinism digital anomalies syndrome is a very rare congenital genetic disease. The syndrome includes microcephaly, micrognathia, oculocutaneous albinism, hypoplasia of the distal phalanx of fingers, and agenesia of the distal end of the right big toe.
Filippi syndrome, also known as Syndactyly Type I with Microcephaly and Mental Retardation, is a very rare autosomal recessive genetic disease. Only a very limited number of cases have been reported to date. Filippi Syndrome is associated with diverse symptoms of varying severity across affected individuals, for example malformation of digits, craniofacial abnormalities, intellectual disability, and growth retardation. The diagnosis of Filippi Syndrome can be done through clinical observation, radiography, and genetic testing. Filippi Syndrome cannot be cured directly as of 2022, hence the main focus of treatments is on tackling the symptoms observed on affected individuals. It was first reported in 1985.
Acro-oto-radial syndrome, also known as Pseudopapilledema blepharophimosis hand anomalies syndrome is a very rare hereditary disorder which is characterized by pseudopapilledema, hearing loss, cranio-facial dysmorphisms and hand/foot anomalies. Unlike other genetic syndromes, people with this syndrome don't exhibit intellectual disabilities. Only 4 cases have been reported in medical literature.

It is most commonly seen as a fusion of the 4th and 5th metacarpals. It is a type of non-syndromic syndactyly/synostosis. Autosomal dominant and X-linked recessive inheritance patterns have been reported.

Agammaglobulinemia-microcephaly-craniosynostosis-severe dermatitis syndrome is a rare autosomal recessive syndromic form of agammaglobulinemia that is caused by profound B-cell depletion with normal T-cell numbers. The condition was first identified in a 2006 report.
