Arash Yoshida (born 11 January 2004) is a Japanese freestyle wrestler. He won the gold medal at the 2023 Asian Wrestling Championships and 2025 Asian Wrestling Championships. [1]
He won the gold medal by defeating Rizabek Aitmukhan 11-4 in the final match of the 2023 Asian Wrestling Championships held in Astana, Kazakhstan. [2]
In 2025 Muhamet Malo Tournament held in Tirana, Albania, he won 10-0 against Armenian Gurgen Simonyan in the first round, 11-1 technical superiority over Georgian Dato Piruzashvili in the quarter-finals, 5-5 draw with American Kyle Snyder in the semifinals and reached the final by defeating his opponent with the advantage of the last point. He defeated Iranian Erfan Alizadeh 3-2 in the final match and won the gold medal. [3] Defeating Rizabek Aitmukhan 7-1 in the final match of the 2025 Asian Wrestling Championships held in Amman, Jordan, he became the second Asian champion. [4]
