Storylines
Arlene Vaughan comes to Pine Valley hot on the heels of her runaway daughter, Hayley. In Pine Valley, Hayley discovers that her biological father is Adam Chandler, though she was raised to believe different. Arlene is an alcoholic, and one night after she drinks and drives, she crashes into a car being driven by Jackson Montgomery, with a pregnant Brooke English inside.
Arlene's other habit is being attracted to her daughter's boyfriends and husbands. She and Alec McIntyre, Hayley's then-husband, have a one-night stand, or so Alec thinks. Arlene blackmails him into more sex. She decides to tell Hayley the truth about her and Alec, but Alec insists on one more night. That night, instead of sex, Alec pours alcohol down Arlene's throat, saying to her that every time he had sex with her, it disgusted him. Hayley witnesses this and Alec is eventually sent to jail for trying to kill Arlene through alcohol poisoning. Arlene soon leaves town afterward.
She makes several more trips back to Pine Valley, however, much to the dismay of her daughter. In 2000, she begins drinking again and gets behind the wheel of a car, crashing into Stuart Chandler. Arlene marries Stuart's twin brother, Adam, and ends up pregnant by him, but miscarries the baby, and Adam soon divorces her.
Hayley and Mateo Santos have a child in 2001. Determined to see her new grandson, little Enzo, Arlene steals a lock of his hair. Hayley wants nothing to do with her, however, so she quickly leaves town, abandoning her plan to kidnap Enzo.
Tad Martin is a fictional character from the American daytime drama, All My Children. Tad was played by three actors, according to the age of the character: Matthew Anton, John E. Dunn, and Michael E. Knight. Knight has portrayed the role on and off from 1982 until the series finale in 2011. Tad represents the good on the show, often butting heads with "villains" like Adam Chandler. He is perhaps the best male friend to Erica Kane. His relationship with Dixie Cooney made them a favorite of fans, reaching supercouple status. Under secrecy, Knight returned for the first-season finale of Prospect Park's version of All My Children on September 2, 2013.
Liza Colby is a fictional character on the American soap opera, All My Children, portrayed by actress Jamie Luner from April 2009 until September 2011. She was previously played by actress Marcy Walker from 1981–1984, and then again from 1995–2005, although the role was also briefly portrayed by Alice Haining from September 1984 to 1985. Liza is a resident of the fictional town of Pine Valley, Pennsylvania.
Brooke Allison English is a fictional character on the television soap opera All My Children. Originated by Elissa Leeds in 1976, she was portrayed by Julia Barr from June 1976 to June 1981 and from November 1982 to December 20, 2006. Harriet Hall played the role from June 1981 through March 1982. Barr made a special appearance as Brooke on January 5, 2010, as part of the series' 40th anniversary, and returned on February 23, 2010, for a two-month stint until April 23, 2010. She later returned for the show's final week on ABC on September 16, 2011. She returned as Brooke on the Prospect Park's continuation of All My Children.
Jesse and Angela "Angie" Hubbard are fictional characters and a supercouple from the ABC and The Online Network daytime drama All My Children. Jesse is portrayed by Darnell Williams and Angie is portrayed by Debbi Morgan. Jesse first appeared in Pine Valley in 1981 as the nephew of Dr. Frank Grant, who assumed custody after the death of his sister. Angie first appeared in 1982, as the daughter of a well-to-do Pine Valley couple. Shortly after Angie's first appearance on the show, they were paired with one another. Jesse and Angie were best friends to fellow supercouple Greg Nelson and Jenny Gardner. They are daytime television's first African American supercouple, and arguably the two most popular African American characters in soap opera history.
Kendall Hart is a fictional character from All My Children, an American soap opera on the ABC network. The character was portrayed by Sarah Michelle Gellar from February 24, 1993, to July 3, 1995, and by Alicia Minshew from January 2002 until the show's series finale on September 23, 2011. On March 7, 2013, it was announced that Minshew would guest star on the Prospect Park's continuation of All My Children. She appeared on the second July 8 episode.
Adam "JR" Chandler Jr. is a fictional character from the ABC and The Online Network daytime drama All My Children. He was portrayed by Jacob Young from 2003 to 2011, prior to Ryan Bittle taking over the role in 2013. Bittle was cast as the new JR on Prospect Park's continuation of All My Children.
Adam Chandler is a fictional character from the ABC and The Online Network daytime drama All My Children, portrayed by David Canary from the autumn of 1983 through his departure on April 23, 2010, and briefly reprising the role for the series' final weeks on ABC in September 2011. Canary also appeared several different times on One Life to Live. Adam Chandler was one of the most devious and powerful individuals within the town of Pine Valley, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the powerful and wealthy Chandler family, residing at the Chandler Mansion.
Skye Chandler is a fictional character from the ABC soap operas All My Children, One Life to Live, and General Hospital. Initially portrayed by Antoinette Byron, the role was then portrayed by Robin Christopher for most of the next 25 years, with the exception of the mid-1990s, when Carrie Genzel portrayed the character.
Palmer Cortlandt is a fictional character on the long-running ABC soap opera All My Children, played by James Mitchell from 1979 to 2010. A major character until 2002, when health issues forced him to reduce his work load, Mitchell continued to appear regularly on the show through May 2007. Mitchell appeared in a handful of episodes throughout 2008, last appearing on September 19, 2008. Mitchell retired from acting in 2009 but made a final on air cameo appearance as Palmer Cortlandt on January 5, 2010 to celebrate the show's 40th anniversary.
Colby Chandler is a fictional character from the original ABC Daytime soap opera, All My Children. Born on-screen in 1999, the character was rapidly aged in 2006. The role has been recast several times, but most recently the role was portrayed by Natalie Hall from 2009 until the show's cancellation in 2011. When the show was relaunched as a web series to air on The Online Network owned and operated by production company, Prospect Park, Brooke Newton stepped into the role of Colby.
Opal Cortlandt is a fictional character from the ABC and The Online Network soap opera, All My Children. She was portrayed by Dorothy Lyman from 1981 to 1983, and by Jill Larson from December 13, 1989 to September 2, 2013. Larson was demoted from contract to recurring status from June 14, 2006 to December 2, 2009, before returning to contract status effective December 10, 2009. She remained on the show until the series finale on September 23, 2011, and appeared in the short-lived reboot in 2013.
Dixie Cooney is a fictional character from All My Children, an American soap opera on the ABC network. The character was initially portrayed by actress Kari Gibson from her debut in July 1988 until October of that year when she was replaced by actress Cady McClain who portrayed the role for the rest of the character's existence.

He was first portrayed by Tito Ortiz in a guest appearance in 1994 but is best known as being portrayed by Mark Consuelos from 1995–2002.
