Arnaud Dulac is a French rugby league footballer who represented France in the 2000 World Cup.
Dulac played for the Saint-Gaudens Bears and played twenty three test matches for France between 1995 and 2004. He played in the 1997 Super League World Nines, on the 2001 tour of New Zealand and Papua New Guinea and in all four matches at the 2000 World Cup. [2]
The 2000 Rugby League World Cup was the twelfth World Cup for men’s national rugby league teams, held between 28 October and 25 November and hosted between the United Kingdom, Ireland and France. Australia won their ninth title by beating New Zealand 40-12 in the final at Old Trafford.

Arnaud Gonzalez is a French football coach and former player who is assistant coach for Ligue 2 club Niort. who played as an attacking midfielder. Gonzalez started his career with AJ Auxerre, joining the club's youth setup at the age of 14. He made his senior debut in 1996, but failed to break into the first-team during the early stages of his career. Whilst with Auxerre, he represented France at under-19 level and was part of the team that won the 1996 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship.

The competition has been held since 2000 and was incorporated into the Festival of World Cups in 2008 until 2017 when it became a centrepiece event along with the men's competition.
