Per Arne Lodding Olsen is a Norwegian politician and a former Member of Parliament for the Progress Party, where he held the position as second deputy leader. He served as the acting Governor of Vestfold from 2016 to 2017, and is as of 2017 the Governor of Vestfold, elected by the King-in-Council. Olsen is set to be the new Governor of Vestfold og Telemark, a new county consisting of present-day Vestfold and Telemark which will merge on 1 January 2020. However, while the counties will merge on this date, the Governor's office of these counties is set to merge one year before, on 1 January 2019.
