Rainbow (girl group) South Korean girl group

Rainbow is a South Korean girl group formed in 2009 by DSP Media. The group is composed of seven members: Woori, Seungah, Jaekyung, Noeul, Yoonhye, Jisook and Hyunyoung. They released their debut mini album Gossip Girl on November 12, 2009. In October 2016, DSP Media announced that Rainbow would disband after seven years because their contracts expired. In November 2019, the group was re-formed for their tenth anniversary.

T-ara's debut studio album Absolute First Album (2009) peaked at number two on South Korea's Gaon Album Chart and yielded two South Korean top-ten singles, "Bo Peep Bo Peep" and "Like the First Time". Its 2010 reissue, Breaking Heart, reached number two in South Korea and spawned the number-one single "You Drive Me Crazy", which sold over three million digital copies.

<i>2NE1</i> (2011 EP) 2011 EP by 2NE1

2NE1 is the second extended play by South Korean girl group 2NE1. It was released on July 28, 2011, by YG Entertainment and was distributed by KMP Holdings. It contains six songs composed and produced by Teddy Park and Kush; five of them were released as digital singles. "Don't Stop the Music" was initially released as the Yamaha Fiore CF Theme Song in late 2010. A Japanese version of the mini-album, titled Nolza, was released by YGEX on September 21, 2011.

Leessang South Korean hip-hop duo

Leessang (Korean: 리쌍) was a South Korean hip hop duo, composed of Kang Hee-gun and Gil Seong-joon ("Gil"). Formed in 2002, the duo has released eight albums to date: two self-titled records in 2002 and 2003, Library of Soul in 2005, Black Sun in 2007, Baekajeolhyeon (백아절현) in 2009, Hexagonal in late 2009, Asura Balbalta in 2011 and Unplugged in 2012. Their last three albums broke numerous records and guided their entry to the mainstream Korean music industry.

<i>First Step</i> (CNBLUE album) 2011 studio album by CNBLUE

First Step is the debut album by the South Korean rock band CNBLUE. The album was released on March 21, 2011 in South Korea. The song "Intuition" was used as the title track. The album contains twelve songs, three new songs, eight Korean versions of their Japanese songs and one song from their Japanese album as bonus track. The album was re-released on April 7, 2011 in a Special Limited Edition with the same track list and an 80-pages photobook with making-of the music videos "Intuition" and "Love Girl".

"Starlight Moonlight" is a song by South Korean Kpop girl group Secret. The song was released as a CD single on June 1, 2011 through TS Entertainment. The song was written and produced by Kang Ji Won and Kim Ki Bum, the same producers of their previous hits such as "Magic", "Madonna" and "Shy Boy". “Starlight Moonlight” is a sweet, retro-inspired song with influences of traditional Korean folk music. The song’s lyrics describe the protagonist’s feelings when the man confesses his love, and compares the protagonist’s feeling towards her lover as bright as the “Starlight” and “Moonlight”.

"Be Mine" is a song released by the South Korean boy band Infinite. The song is the title track of the group's first studio album Over the Top, released on July 21, 2011. The song is also the second Japanese single of the group. It was released on April 18, 2012 in 4 different editions.

Spica (group) South Korean girl group

Spica was a South Korean girl group formed in 2012 under B2M Entertainment. The group consists of Kim Boa, Park Sihyun, Park Narae, Yang Jiwon and Kim Bohyung. Their pre-debut single "Doggedly" was released on January 10, 2012, followed by their debut mini-album, Russian Roulette, on February 8, 2012. They officially disbanded on February 6, 2017, though Bohyung has confirmed a possible reunion in the future.
