Artur Karvatski (born 21 January 1996) is a Latvian-born Belarusian handball player who plays for Dinamo Viktor Stavropol and the Belarusian national team.
He participated at the 2018 European Men's Handball Championship. [1]
In 2019, Karvatski joined the Greek team the Olympiacos and left the Croatian RK PPD Zagreb. [2]

The competition which is organised by Hellenic Handball Federation started in the 1979–80 season. The most successful team is Ionikos Nea Filadelfeia who has won ten titles. The last title was won by Olympiacos.

The arena is mostly known for being the home to EuroLeague team Olympiacos, and is the central venue of the Faliro Coastal Zone Olympic Complex.
