Artur Mroczka (born 2 November 1989 in Poland) is an international speedway rider who is a member of the Poland U-21 national team. In 2008 he won the Team U-21 World Championship, Individual U-19 European Championship and Polish Bronze Helmet (U-19). In 2009 he again won the Team U-21 World Championship title with Poland.

Motorcycle speedway, usually referred to as speedway, is a motorcycle sport involving four and sometimes up to six riders competing over four anti-clockwise laps of an oval circuit. The motorcycles are specialist machines which use only one gear and have no brakes; racing takes place on a flat oval track usually consisting of dirt, loosely packed shale, or crushed rock. Competitors use this surface to slide their machines sideways, powersliding or broadsiding into the bends. On the straight sections of the track the motorcycles reach speeds of up to 70 miles per hour (110 km/h).
The Poland national speedway team is the national motorcycle speedway team of Poland and is controlled by the Polish Motor Union (PZM). The team is one of the major teams in international speedway and they won the Team World Championship nine times. The team has won 1971 Speedway World Pairs Championship also. Two Polish riders has won Individual World Champion title. The team is managed by Marek Cieślak, and the current captain is 2010 World Champion Tomasz Gollob.

The 2008 Team Speedway Junior World Championship was the fourth FIM World Team Junior Championship. The final took place on 21 September 2008, in Holsted, Denmark. The championship was won by the Polish junior team who were the defending champions from 2007. Denmark finished in second place and Sweden were third.
Holsted is a town with a population of 3,109 and a former municipality in Region of Southern Denmark on the Jutland peninsula in southwest Denmark. The municipality covered an area of 190 km², and had a total population of 6,965 (2005). Its last mayor was Carl Aaskov, a member of the Venstre political party.
The 2009 Team Speedway Junior World Championship will be the fifth annual FIM Team Under-21 World Championship competition since its introduction in 2005. The final will take place on September 5, 2009 in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poland. It will be the second final held in Poland, but the first in Gorzów; in 2006, the final took place in Rybnik, where Poland beat Sweden, Denmark and Germany.

The Final was won by Tomasz Gollob, who beat Krzysztof Kasprzak and Janusz Kołodziej. It was eight title for Gollob.
