Arvo Lamberg (born 3 July 1943) is a Finnish former footballer. [1] He played in five matches for the Finland national football team from 1965 to 1969. [2]

Contents

In Mestaruussarja, he played 213 games and scored 80 goals. He played 157 games and scored 48 goals for Kokkolan Palloveikot, and played 56 games and scored 32 goals for Gamlakarleby Bollklubb. He also scored 21 goals in Suomensarja for GBK. [3]

In addition to football, Lamberg was also an ice hockey player, playing 11 games in SM-sarja for Kokkolan Hermes. [4]

Arvo Närvänen was a Finnish footballer. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1936 Summer Olympics. He played a bulk of his club career Viipurin Sudet. From 1931 to 1936, he played in newly formed Mestaruussarja. In his later career, he also played for Simpeleen Urheilijat in lower divisions.

Paavo Valdemar Virtanen was a Finnish footballer. He played in three matches for the Finland national football team from 1935 to 1937. He was also part of Finland's team for their qualification matches for the 1938 FIFA World Cup. He played his whole career for Helsingin Palloseura. In Mestaruussarja he played 102 games and scored 18 goals. He was part of the squad that won Finnish football championship in 1934 but played only 2 games. In 1935 championship winning team team he was already a regular and played 12 out of 14 games scoring 5 goals.

Pekka Kupiainen was a Finnish footballer. He played in six matches for the Finland national football team from 1953 to 1955. He was also part of Finland's team for their qualification matches for the 1954 FIFA World Cup. He played 3 seasons in Mestaruussarja with Jäntevä Kotka. He played 52 games and scored 2 goals. He also played two seasons in Suomensarja. Kupiainen died on 4 March 2019, at the age of 89.
