Ashomvob is a 2023 Bangladeshi historical drama film directed by Aruna Biswas and It is directorial debut of actress Aruna Biswas. [1] [2] The film features Gazi Abdun Noor, Sohana Saba, Abul Hayat, Aruna Biswas, Shatabdi Wadud, Shahed Sharif Khan and others and the film is made with government funding and it is based on Bangladesh's independence war, family relationships and Jatrapala tradition. [3] [4] [5] Prason Biswas Mithu was in charge of the main story and overall supervision and Mujtaba Soud was in charge of dialogue and story arrangement. [6]

Ashomvob film's music main lyricist is Rabindranath Tagore, Atul Prasad Sen, Bhairab Nath Gangopadhyay and Gazi Mazharul Anwar. Anima Roy, Champa Banik have given voice to the film's songs. [9]
