Music genres include alternative rock, heavy metal, punk rock, hip hop, and electronic dance music. Lollapalooza has also featured visual arts, nonprofit organizations, and political organizations. Primavera Sound is an annual music festival held at the Parc del Fòrum in Barcelona, Spain, during late May and early June. The band visited numerous arenas internationally from 2008 throughout 2009. The tour was the collective name of many smaller tours and festivals Snow Patrol played in support of their album. The tour has spanned 9 legs and had over 150 shows. The tour commenced on 26 October 2008 with the band playing a short whistle-stop tour of four capital cities.

The I Am JoJo Tour was the third headlining & first world concert tour by American singer-songwriter JoJo. It was launched in support of her upcoming yet to be titled third studio album & its III., which included the album's first 3 singles. The first leg of the "I Am JoJo" tour was announced on October 5, 2015 and the first dates were revealed the same day. It kicked off on November 2, 2015 in Minneapolis. The tour traveled to theaters and clubs across the country, with stops in New York, Chicago, St. Louis, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, and Toronto before wrapping the first leg in the U.S. on December 20, 2015 in New Orleans. The first leg of the tour will visit just 24 cities and is currently being expanded to more cities in the US and to Canada. Its first set of international European dates were announced on December 15, 2015 bringing a total of 31 shows so far; more international dates are yet to be announced. Preparations for the shows began a month prior to the beginning of the tour. After being away for so long JoJo wanted the tour to be more intimate and be "all about connecting".

The European leg began on January 28, 2017, at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam and concluded at the same venue on March 29, 2017. The opening acts for the European leg were the Canadian R&B duo dvsn, along with Young Thug for the UK and Ireland concerts. An Australia and New Zealand leg began on November 3, 2017, in Auckland, New Zealand and ended in Melbourne, Australia on November 20, 2017. The opening acts for the Australian and New Zealand concerts were Boi-1da and Pi'erre Bourne, both performing DJ sets.

Led by Live Nation Entertainment, the tour was officially announced on October 25, 2018. It began on March 18, 2019, at the Times Union Center in Albany, New York, and concluded on December 22, 2019, in Inglewood, California at The Forum, visiting cities in North America and Europe throughout 97 dates. Frequent collaborators and backup dancers of Grande, Brian and Scott Nicholson who were enlisted by her, served as creative directors and LeRoy Bennett was enlisted as production designer.
The X Tour was the sixth concert tour by American singer Christina Aguilera, in support of her eighth studio album, Liberation (2018). Led by LiveNation, it was surprise announced on the same day as the ticket sale by Aguilera herself on March 4, 2019, and serves as the European counterpart to The Liberation Tour the year before. The tour was scheduled to run concurrent with Aguilera's own Las Vegas concert residency, Christina Aguilera: The Xperience, with the tour running during the breaks of the residency. Love On Tour was the second concert tour by English singer-songwriter Harry Styles, in support of his second and third studio albums, Fine Line (2019) and Harry's House (2022). The tour consisted of seven legs spreading over the course of 22 months starting on 4 September 2021 in Las Vegas, Nevada, and concluded on 22 July 2023 in Reggio Emilia, Italy.
