Attera Totus Sanctus (intended Latin translation of "Destroy All the Holy") is the fourth studio album by Swedish black metal band Dark Funeral. It was released on 24 October 2005 in Europe through Regain Records, and on 29 November 2005 in the United States through Candlelight Records USA. The title was chosen to convey the band's vehement anti–right-hand path stance. [4] Attera Totus Sanctus is the first album to feature guitarist Chaq Mol and the last album to feature drummer Matte Modin and also features session bassist Gustaf Hielm.

Angelus Exuro pro Eternus is the fifth studio album by Swedish black metal band Dark Funeral. The album was officially released on 18 November 2009 via Regain Records. It was recorded at The Abyss Studio in Grangärde, Sweden, with engineer and producer Peter Tägtgren, who also produced Dark Funeral's earlier studio albums. The record was then mastered by Jonas Kjellgren at the Black Lodge Studios. Angelus Exuro pro Eternus is the last album to feature vocalist Emperor Magus Caligula, the only album to feature bassist B-Force and the first to feature Dominator on drums.

Defleshed is a Swedish death/thrash metal band. The group was formed by guitarist Lars Löfven, formerly of Convulsion and Inanimate. He was joined by ex-Crematorium bassist Gustaf Jorde shortly after recording a demo. In 1995 drummer Matte Modin joined the band. They have released several albums on high-profile metal labels. In November 2005, it was announced that Defleshed had officially split-up. The band also had a side project named Vargavinter.

Firespawn is a Swedish death metal band from Stockholm, formed in 2012 by Alex Impaler of Necrophobic, Lars-Göran Petrov and Victor Brandt, both of Entombed A.D. Originally called Fireborn, the group "wanted to play faster and harder death metal than in our other bands". The later addition of guitarist Fredrik Folkare of Unleashed and Necrophobic and drummer Matte Modin of Defleshed, completed the band's line-up.

The album was recorded in Dugout Studios in Uppsala Sweden and the cover art for the album was created by artist Kristian 'Necrolord' Wåhlin.

We Are the Apocalypse is the seventh studio album by Swedish black metal band Dark Funeral. The album was released through Century Media Records on 18 March 2022. The album is the first to feature the band's new drummer, Jalomaah, and bass player, Adra-Melek. The album was recorded in Studio 33 and was engineered by Fredrik Thordendal and Daniel Bergstrand. It peaked at No. 6, No. 13, and No. 28 in the German, Finnish, and Swiss albums charts respectively.
