August "Gustl" Auinger (born 3 May 1955 in Lambach) is a former Grand Prix motorcycle road racer from Austria. His best year was in 1985 when he finished in third place in the 125cc world championship, winning three Grand Prix races in the process. Auinger won a total of five Grand Prix races during his career. [1]

The Indianapolis motorcycle Grand Prix was a motorcycling event held on the combined road course at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Speedway, Indiana. From 2008 to 2015, it was held as part of the Grand Prix motorcycle racing season (MotoGP). The event was revived in 2020 with MotoAmerica.

The 2016 Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup was the tenth season of the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup. After the selection event held from 16 to 18 October 2015 at Circuito Guadix in Spain and pre-season testing, held from 1 to 4 April 2016 in Jerez, the season began at the same track on 23 April and ended on 25 September at the Ciudad del Motor de Aragón after 13 races. The races, for the fourth year contested by the riders on equal KTM 250cc 4-stroke Moto3 bikes, were held at seven meetings on the Grand Prix motorcycle racing calendar. The championship was won by Japanese rider Ayumu Sasaki at the last race.

Deniz Öncü is a Turkish motorcycle racer, currently competing in the Moto2 World Championship, for team Red Bull KTM Ajo. His twin brother, Can, is also a motorcycle racer. Both brothers are mentored by Turkish multi-world champion motorcycle racer, Kenan Sofuoğlu.
Carlos Tatay is a Spanish motorcycle rider who last competed in the 2023 FIM CEV Moto2 European Championship for the Pertamina Mandalika SAG Team. He previously competed in the Moto3 class in the motorcycle world championship with Prüstel GP and is also a previous winner of the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup, having won the title in 2019.
Pedro Acosta Sánchez is a Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle racer, competing in MotoGP for the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team. Acosta took his maiden win in only his second Moto3 race at the 2021 Doha motorcycle Grand Prix after starting from the pitlane for irresponsible riding in free practice. In the same season, he won the 2021 Moto3 World Championship becoming the first rookie champion since Loris Capirossi in 1990, and the second youngest ever champion, just one day older than Capirossi was at the time of winning. In 2023, Acosta won the Moto2 world championship with 2 races to go. Acosta is also a champion of the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup, having won the title in 2020.
The 2022 FIM Moto3 World Championship was a part of the 74th F.I.M. Road Racing World Championship season. Izan Guevara won the championship for GasGas Aspar Team after the Australian Grand Prix.
