Anna Maria Jopek is a Polish vocalist, songwriter, and improviser. She represented Poland in the 1997 Eurovision Song Contest, with the song "Ale jestem" and finished 11th out of 25 participating acts; and in 2002, she collaborated on an album with jazz guitarist Pat Metheny. She has received numerous awards for her music, including Michel Legrand's Personal Award in Vitebsk in 1994, as well as all of the awards for music in Poland, together with gold and platinum records.
Blog 27 was a Polish musical group founded in 2005 by two teenage vocalists Tola Szlagowska and Ala Boratyn performing pop music with elements of pop punk and pop rock. The duo's debut album, LOL (2005), was certified double platinum in Poland and also achieved moderate success in Western Europe and Japan. It included three internationally charting singles: "Uh La La La", "Hey Boy " and "Wid Out Ya". After Ala's departure in 2006, the act released one more album, Before I'll Die... (2008), but shortly after that Tola relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a degree in music, and the band has since been inactive. Blog 27 has sold over 250,000 records worldwide and is regarded as the forerunner of the emo fashion in Poland.

Andrzej Tomasz Piaseczny more commonly known as Piasek, is a Polish singer, songwriter, actor, and television personality. Former Mafia singer, Member of the Phonographic Academy of ZPAV. In the years 1997–2010 he performed in the TV series Złotopolscy, where he played the singer Kacper "Górniak" Złotopolski. His solo career began in 1998. In the same year he performed in a duet with Natalia Kukulska, with whom he recorded the song "You Are Near Me", and also released a solo single "I Know My Way", used in the soundtrack to the movie The Magic Sword – Camelot Legend. Piasek represented Poland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2001 with his up-tempo dance song "2 Long". Since 2008, the artist has collaborated with Seweryn Krajewski.

Jezus Maria Peszek is the third studio album by Polish singer Maria Peszek, released in 2012 by Mystic Production. The singer co-wrote and co-produced the material with Michał "Fox" Król. The album's lyrics reference Peszek's atheism and nervous breakdown which she had suffered prior to recording the material. Most songs also criticise such concepts as organized religion, patriotism and social norms, which caused further controversies. Jezus Maria Peszek turned out another major success for the singer, gathering favourable reviews, debuting atop Polish albums chart and eventually receiving platinum certification. Jezus Maria Peszek was hailed by some journalists as Peszek's best album yet and one of the best albums of 2012. Peszek performed concerts in Poland, Ireland, England and Czech Republic to promote the album.
Maria Awaria is the second studio album by Polish singer Maria Peszek, released in 2008 by Kayax. Majority of the material was composed and produced by Andrzej Smolik and most of the lyrics were written by Peszek herself. The album explored the subject of human sexuality which caused controversies in Poland, especially in the conservative right wing media. Nonetheless, it met with generally favourable reviews and became her first number 1 album. It was certified platinum in less than a month and won the Paszport Polityki award in 2009. Peszek toured the album from autumn 2008 into late 2010.
Miasto mania is the debut studio album by Polish singer Maria Peszek, released in 2005 by Kayax. Thematically, it was a homage to Poland's capital, Warsaw, and served as a musical background to a multi-media theatre play of the same title which premiered simultaneously. Anna Wyszkoni is a Polish pop rock singer, composer and songwriter, also performing under the diminutive Ania Wyszkoni. Between 1996 and 2010, she was the lead singer in a popular Polish pop rock band Łzy, with whom she released six albums, four of which gold- or platinum-certified, and had multiple hits, such as "Agnieszka już dawno...", "Narcyz się nazywam", "Jestem jaka jestem" and "Oczy szeroko zamknięte", among others. Wyszkoni embarked on a solo career in 2008 and went on to release four albums, two double platinum and one gold. Her biggest solo hits include "Czy ten pan i pani", "Z ciszą pośród czterech ścian", "Lampa i sofa", "Wiem, że jesteś tam", "Zapytaj mnie o to, kochany", "W całość ułożysz mnie", "Biegnij przed siebie" and "Nie chcę cię obchodzić". In 2010, Polish music magazine Machina placed her on their list of "50 best Polish singers". She has sold around 450,000 units as of 2014, including her albums with Łzy.
