Axcel is a Nordic private equity firm with offices in Stockholm and Copenhagen. Since its foundation in 1994, Axcel has made 68 platform investments. The firm currently owns 19 companies across all four Nordic countries.
Axel targets four industry verticals: business services/industrials, healthcare, IT & technology and consumer goods.
Since its inception, Axcel has raised six funds with total committed capital of over EUR 2.6bn. In August 2021, Axcel closed its sixth fund (Axcel VI) at EUR 807m.

The Nasdaq Iceland, formerly known as the Iceland Stock Exchange (XICE) (Icelandic: Kauphöll Íslands), is a stock exchange located in Iceland. Because of the small size of the Icelandic economy and the low cost of public listing, many of the companies traded on the XICE are relatively small and are relatively illiquid.
Fortum Oyj is a Finnish state-owned energy company located in Espoo, Finland. It mainly focuses on the Nordic region. Fortum operates power plants, including co-generation plants, and generates and sells electricity and heat. The company also sells waste services such as recycling, reutilisation, final disposal solutions and soil remediation and environmental constructions services, and other energy-related services and products e.g. consultancy services for power plants and electric vehicle charging. Fortum is listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange.

Since February 2019, Sunrise headquarters are located at Thurgauerstrasse 101b, Glattpark Opfikon. Formerly a subsidiary of TDC A/S, Sunrise had been owned by CVC Capital Partners until 2015. In February 2015, CVC realised an IPO on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Since then, Sunrise stocks are publicly traded at the Swiss Stock Exchange. In August 2020, Liberty Global announced that it will be acquiring Sunrise for $7.4 billion. The transaction was completed on November 11, 2020.

It and Ving Group were a part of Thomas Cook Group until 23 December 2019 when Norwegian investor Petter Stordalen and Strawberry Group rebranded the company as Sunclass Airlines.
